Heya, I've been a DM for a long time and created lots of content for my campaigns, but as always there are some limitations within the engine on dnd beyond, which usually need me to workaround them. One of these things are feats and the inability of them requiring skill proficiencies. There's an option for it already within the options, but it only allows armour proficiencies for the armor types feats. I miss how many feats players could pick and mix within the older editions of dnd. Is there a way they could change the code, or are chances for that rather bleak? Doesn't seem like a heck of work, since a similar option already exists. It's not like character levels going beyond 20 or 10th and up leveled spells which surely won't be added, sadly. So what are my chances for this?
