Adding advantage on saving throw not working.

Hello, I'm making a custom sword for my campaign. I'm trying to get it give advantage on saving throws against being frightened. I've added Modifier type = Advantage and modifier subtype = Frightened Saving Throws. I've equipped the sword on a character end ensured it's attuned, but the modifier is not showing on the character sheet. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Or if it's a bug.
