Hello everyone, this is my first time posting in a while. Anyway, I was looking through Xanathar's today, and I noticed that the rules for Adamantine weapons are literally that they auto crit objects. WTF???? So I've reworked them so that instead, they make it so that if your target is wearing armor, it gets +1 to hit, and the weapon is resistant to any and all damage. Thoughts?
The +1 on the attack roll if the target's wearing armor is interesting, though it may only be relevant at fairly low levels of play, since a lot of higher-level threats don't have actual armor. The weapon itself being resistant to damage will probably never come up at all for most players using it.
It might help to know what you felt was the problem with the existing one.
