Apologies if this is posted elsewhere but I can't find anything helpful.
I'm making a homebrew character, a sorcerer with the Pyral Bloodline subclass, and at 6th level she gets this feature;
Heart of the Blaze At level 6, you gain resistance to fire damage. When you cast a non cantrip spell on your turn, creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you take fire damage equal to half your sorcerer level. When you cast any fire-damage-dealing spell, you may add your charisma modifier to the damage roll.
Effectively what this does is takes a fire type spell (like burning hands) and changes it from a simple 3d6 (cast at 1st level) to a 3d6 + my CHA modifier, which is 5. However from what I can find there is no way to manually add a modifiers to damage roll (for spells or anything else) EXCEPT going into the spell itself, going under the customize options, and adding my desired modifier to the "damage bonus", so the spell shows up as 3d6+5 and not just 3d6. Which is fine and all but considering the bonus is applicable to EVERY fire type spell, and most of her damage spells are fire type, I'd have to customize every fire type spell she has. Also I would have to go back and modify this number every time my charisma changed, which granted is going to be THAT often but I'm curious if there's a way to circumvent this.
I understand that the draconic bloodline for sorcerer does this same thing with Elemental Affinity, however nothing actually shows up on the character sheet when you select this option, it just tells you that you get additional damage if you cast a spell of the same damage type of your draconic ancestry. Is there a way to do this in the builder so I don't have to add it individually or remember it every time?

I second this question.
Found the same thing today
Not to bump an old thread, but I am also curious about this. Would make things much easier if there was a way.
