What do you all think of this feat? It is inspired by the old 1E Half-Ogre, which had the ability to use the higher damage of the bastard sword when using it one-handed. It also makes the "powerful build" ability more useful in campaigns that aren't super-strict about encumbrance. Do you think it's OK with the strength bonus, or should it just be the damage bonus:
I would change the requirement to having doubled carying capacity. You are missing some races like Warforged Juggernaut, and as written bear totem barbarian would be eligible for the feat before having the feature. Otherwise it seems fine to me.

Good point.

Size Matters
Restriction: Bear Totem Barbarian, Bugbear, Firbolg, Goliath, Orc
You have learned to use your powerful build to your advantage in combat. You gain the following benefits:
You would go from an average weapon damage of 4.5 (1d8) to 5.5 (1d10) and potentially gain +2 AC, but you have to use a Feat to do that.
Seems fine to me.
