so, I was playing with the idea of a legendary hammer...
This hammer can be wielded as a magic weapon that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. It deals 1d6 Lightning and 1d6 Thunder damage, can be wielded 1 handed and can be used to deflect attacks providing a +2 AC (you are considered to be wielding a shield, but cannot equip a shield). It has a thrown range of 60ft and will return to your hand once tossed (no action required).
As an action you can continually swing Mjolnir giving you a flying speed of 60ft, you do not provoke opportunity attacks when taking off. Once airborne you can remain in the air without further action until you make an attack or land, additionally once per day you can use a bonus action to slam into a target. The target suffers the normal damage plus 1d6 thunder damage per ten feet of distance traveled. The target and every creature within 10ft must make a DC 17 Dexterity save, if the target fails it is stunned until the end of your next turn. Each creature within 10ft that fails its saving throw suffers the the full d6 distance damage, or half damage on success.
This hammer has 10 charges for the following spells with a DC 17. It regains 1d6+4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the hammer's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the hammer can not regain charges for 1d6+1 days. Call Lightning [3 charges], Lightning Bolt [3 charges], Destructive Wave [5 charges], and Chain Lightning [6 charges]. You can cast a spell at higher level using an additional charge per level (max 9th level).
There actually is an official item that is a reference to Mjolnir, the hammer of thunderbolts.
As for your thrown property problem, that just doesn't function properly yet, you will have to wait for the planned homebrew revamp, probably. You can just put it in the description in the meantime.
Hammer of thunder bolts is a maul it requires two hands. Mjolnir is either a warhammer or light hammer depending on the DM. This is due to the way mauls are built vs warhammers and light hammers. It's more than likely a light hammer since those are more commonly built in the style of the classic mjolnir with the 10 inch handle and the large cubic hammer head.

Also, can’t seem to set the range at 60 ft, keeps showing 5ft/5ft
