It seems like your level 1 abilities takes inspiration from Monk (unarmored defense and one of their ki actions) and Barbarian (rage). I like the War dance, but I am not sold on Improved Defense. This feature is exactly the same as a Monk's unarmored defense, but with the added bonus of being able to take the Dodge and Disengage actions as bonus actions (which monks cannot do until level 2 and requires spending one of their ki points, a finite resource to them). Rogues have a similar level 2 ability allowing them to Dash, Disengage, or Hide as a bonus action, but they cannot dodge as a bonus action. My recommendation would be to only allow the Sword Dancer to Disengage as a bonus action, and if you want them to have the option to Dodge as a bonus action as well, consider tagging it on to one of the higher level abilities. Granting disadvantage against attacks as a bonus action every turn is very powerful, so the character should either be a higher level or have to spend some finite resource (such as ki points) to do this.
Overall, I like the subclasses design and lore. My only comment (to summarize) would be to alter or remove the ability to Dodge as a bonus action.

Overall I do like the the thematics and lore of the class, because it explains why it is basically a wizard's Blade singer for clerics. With that said there are definitely some parts that I see need for improvement:
Dark Maidn's Grace - First thing that immediately comes to mind is I to try to refrain using homebrew spells (wasn't sure which one cause there was two) as a base for a subclass. After looking at what the spell does my recommendation is change it to something like dancing lights, but you do you since those homebrew spells are thematic. Unless longswords are specifically the swords they use, but I would also add Rapiers, Scimitar shortswords weapon proficiency just so that they have additional options for swords. Since the flavor of the class has them conducting performances, you could also give them proficiency in performance too.
Improved Defense - Overall I am happy with this, expect for one part... Dodge as a bonus action, that just needs to be removed. Though if you want something else to be added in its stead to help with dodging, I would say have something like this tied to your war dance, "if you attack a creature on your turn, they have disadvantage against you until the start of your next turn" or least something like that.
War Dancer - With this, I enjoy the flavor but there are several parts that are in need to be changed. First, you should remove the part about not being able to hold concentration on spells. Remember that this is a full caster, if you want to do that this that's your call but I'm primarily looking at what spells that you can synergize with and you would be losing a lot if you left this in. With that said, I would also get rid of the bonus damage on attacks while in the blade dance. My reason for this is as a cleric, you are already getting the bonus damage from having both extra attack AND divine strike. Heck not even the war domain gets a full extra attack, plus this class is also gaining an attack and damage bonus with a longsword by having the dance use dex instead of str. Now I would aad bludgeoning to the gain resistance with the war dance just to round out the melee resistances and to make up for losing the damage per hit, it just makes it easier to remember.
Moonsong - This feature looks fine to me since it's just a free cast of teleport, but I would limit this to once per day, regain at dawn.
Thank you for the feedback! I initially spent many hours attempting to recreate the 3.5 Prestige Class and just kept running into walls, but that led me to the thought of Barbarian Cleric. These specialty priests run around the battlefield carving everything up so I used that as a base.
To answer a couple questions: the longsword is specifically said to be the Sword Dancers weapon in lore, so that's why I only gave that proficiency. The unarmored defense mimicing the monks was both a lore choice and a gameplay choice. I saw there was a basis for it with the Monk class using Wisdom to calculate AC and that is obviously going to be a main stat of a Cleric so I thought it just made sense to fit in with the mythology. Lastly, I chose to limit spells to non-concentration only while in a War Dance because I didn't want this to be a typical OP homebrew subclass.
Definitely going to revise this to remove Dodge as a bonus action and going to have to take a long hard look at how I want War Dancer to play out.

Interesting, but I would be more inclined to create the class as a subclass of bard or monk rather than cleric. With monk, a lot of the abilities of this subclass would already be available, so more unique abilities could be added. With bard, the defense and other things would be based on charisma, which seems more appropriate for the theme.

Though there is a Bard subclass already called College of Swords. The use bardic inspiration for added battlefield control and greater defense. And because it is a Bard, it's a full caster class.
Yeah, everything about this says "Bard" or maybe "Monk" to me, rather than Cleric. Maybe it would make more sense to add Cleric spells to a Bard homebrew subclass. But that's just my perception based on the words you used to describe their devotions.

Honestly I don't see why it can't be a cleric, yes the mechanics might lean towards other classes. The whole idea of this subclass was on the teachings of Eilistraee, who is part of the Drow pantheon, it just so happens that the clerics of this god resemble styles similar to other classes. You can argue that a player can just pick the acolyte background and go college of sword to get a similar play experience through roleplaying, but without the base cleric features. Though that would take away the cleric specific features that would tie into this subclass. It's also not like WotC hasn't made other subclasses that use ideas that are based on other classes there are several examples of this, my personal favorite example is the rogue's scout subclass compared to ranger. A scout is just a skill based ranger with the rogue abilities while the base ranger is a martial survivalist with more baseline survival skills that they don't need to roll for.
Also after reading more about this deity, I retract my statement about adding more weapon options; the Longsword is specifically the weapon of choice. I would also possibly think about tying the "sword dance" to the channeled divinity and balance it from there.
Well if you as a DM like it or you as a player finds an amenabl DM, then that doesn't matter. However, since the OP asked, I'm just stating my opinion based on the themes evoked to ME. And if I think this way, other people familiar with the Monk and Bard classes are likely to have a similar impression. And mechanically, if it hews closer to either of those classes, why add a bunch of stuff just to make it part of the Cleric class? The Divine Soul sorcerer is a sorcerer with healing abilities and cleric spells. It has a very different flavor from the PHB Sorcerer subclasses, but mechanically, it makes sense to be a Sorcerer since you're not praying for spells.
Anyway that's my opinion. Take it, leave it, whatever.
Everyone is certainly entitled to their opinions, but the Sword Dancers were clerics of Eilistraee. There's just no debating that. The 3.5 prestige class I began trying to emulate was also a cleric so...

I'm curious if you have given any further attention to this homebrew class. I am thinking of making a Sword Dancer character, and was tinkering with ideas of what to use as a foundation, as the existing classes have a few things that seem like they could work with minor tweaking. Eldritch Knight, and the Wizard's Bladesinging come to mind rather quickly.
As long as it's true to the actual Subclass as presented in earlier D&D editions, i'm happy. i'm looking to do this with a multiclass paladin cleric. Darksong Knight/Sword Dancer. A Half-Drow Aasimar. Currently, I cannot find Darksong Knight, or any of the other sub-classes for the church of Eilistraee anywhere on D&D Beyond, except the Sword Dancer. This makes me happy at the very least that someone took the time to put this here. The class makes it highly immersive for people that want to play drow, and actually have a larger goal in mind. It also allows the DM to be immersive with that character, as any faithful of Eilistraee is tasked with overcoming the prejudices people have against the drow as a seldarine drow. I love it. But I hope to see all the sub-classes of Eilistraee on here eventually.
