My DM gave my a homebrewd armor called the "Armor of Intelligence". SInce I am the only once using dndbeyond from our group, I have to homebrew it to add it my my equipment. He told me that its stats are AC 10 + INT mod + DEX mod.
So how do I do this in the homebrew creation?

I think that would be set - minimum base armor - INT. DEX should get added automatically.
I recommend making it a wonderous item, not an armor.
