Whether by the blessings of a draconic God, magical alteration, or simply a stronger genetic connection to your draconic ancestors you have developed a physical form that more closely resembles that of the true dragons. Your horns become larger and more prominent, draconic wings sprout from your back, and you've grown a draconic tail roughly twice as long as you are tall granting you the following benefits.
Your long tail is a strong natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6+ your Strength modifier.
Your strong draconic wings allow you to negate falling damage. Your wings automatically open any time you would fall letting you parachute safely to the ground. At 8 level you may use your wings to glide. You may move forward a distance of 10 feet for every 5 feet you descend. At 12th level you may use your wings to fly with a speed of 30 feet.

This thread seems more appropriate in Homebrew.
So I didn't know about them, but after looking them over I have to say that I still like mine better. For one most Feat in 5e are a combo of 2 to 4 of the 3.5e feats, two mine doesn't give the player the potential to have flight at 4th level, and three there is no UA feat for Tails.
But thanks for taking the time to respond, and for letting me know about the UA feats! I really do appreciate the feedback.
You know the more I think about it I think maybe I should just make a Tail feet. Have it give a +1 Str., and the Tail part of the feet. That way I'm not stepping on the UA. What do you think?

Have you taken a look at the Unearthed Arcana Racial feats? I believe there are ones for Dragonborn that do similar things.

Hey no problem, just thought you might wanna take a look for inspiration. :)
I guess your feat is fine, just the wording could use some work.
Parachute? ;)

You could do that, but I'd consider it a rather weak feat then.
Maybe then add some bonus or advantage on balance and/or swim checks?
