Im playing around making a mechanical version of a simic hybrid and one of the 'enhancement' options i got approved for was increasable speed. By this i mean similar to the Monk Class, their movement speed increases as they gain levels.

Ive tried everything i can think of but have no clue how to give that racial option that kind of increase, or even put in the individual increases by level but restrict them until the character is that level.

I realize this is difficult as a racial trait rather than class feature but i love the idea too much to give up without trying all i can first.
