Hi, everyone! I'm working on my very first magic item, and would love some help/feedback.
I'm imagining it to be an Uncommon item. It's a dagger (maybe a +1?) that is capable of growing is size/length. I was thinking that it would be a bonus action for the dagger to increase in size, and would do an extra 1d4 damage in that state.
I was also thinking it would be able to cast Charm Person, either once per day, or with a number of charges.
Does that seem balanced for an uncommon weapon, or do I need to adjust some things? How do I properly build it in DND Beyond?
