I can't find fey wanderer in Homebrew subclasses just wandering why it not there the other two new (UA) are

UA isn't really the same as homebrew. The toggle you'll want to allow to add UA content in the character builder is playtest.

Also, Fey Wanderer is available on dndbeyond as you can see here. Fey Wanderer - Ranger
