As the title says, i was wondering if these supplements are considered official or not cause i like some of races there and my DMs usually say "Official content only".

Born under the watch of something from the furthest corners of the far realms.... It knows all.... it sees all... and it asks: "What is it that you want to see?"... and my answer is... ALL"
Anything from the Plane Shift series is not official. These were more like a UA to see if there would be any interest in having Magic: The Gathering content in D&D, and the answer was a fairly resounding yes, which is why we have the official Ravnica book and the upcoming Theros book.
I know that's kind of a disappointing answer; sorry to be the bearer of bad news. That said, next time you get the chance you might be able to bring it up before the next session zero, or maybe if there's a one-shot you could ask about trying it out there.

As of right now, there are no known plans for an Amonkhet book.
