as my title states, my question is, if it is okay to use the homebrew feature on this site to create a homebrew on a private setting for any of the Unearthed Arcana Subclasses not yet here on DnD-Beyond (such as the Raven-Queen Warlock or the Soul-of-the-Phoenix-Sorcerer) as it is after all copyrighted content as far as I am aware, even if you can download it free of charge from Wizards of the Coast.
I earcheds a bit in the forum, and there is a thing about it on the rules and guidelines, telling me to not submit material from UA. What I am not clear about, is that is it right under a section specifically mentioning public homebrew and that the header of the rules page might be read as the rules only applying to any homebrew content you might want to publicly share.
Relevant sections I mention:
"The following are the rules and guidelines for sharing homebrew content with the D&D Beyond Community. You do NOT need to publish your homebrew publically in order to use or share any of it within your own campaign. In addition, both the Site Rules & Guidelines and the Fandom Community Guidelines apply to all public homebrew. Any public homebrew content that violates these rules and guidelines will be denied approval and removed."
...
"Do NOT submit official fifth edition D&D material to public homebrew. (e.g. submitting the “Alert” feat from the Player’s Handbook is NOT permitted as part of public homebrew)."
"You may NOT submit material that appeared in “Unearthed Arcana”."
Thanks for helping, sorry if this question was asked before. I tried to search for it and did not come up with anything.

Have a nice day.
So yes, you can implement it privately; no, you can't submit it for public viewing.
Partway through the quest for absolute truth.
OK, so none of the rules apply to anything I homebrew, as long as I do not try to make it public?
Basically! If it's private to share between your campaign or just yourself it's completely fine to make.
