homebrewed magic item question

Hi! How do I remove a moderation from a weapon?

I've created a club with 1d4 charges of the blight spell to it and fumbled adding that feature. I added 1d8 necrotic damage and then went back to add the correct damage but now have both listed.

I added the spell blight with charges, now I'm just trying to figure out how to remove the modifiers.
