This is my first attempt at making a homebrew subclass, so it's probably not perfect. That's why I'm sharing it here, to see if it can be improved upon to make it more balanced and fun.
What level is all this happening at? Monks already get proficiency with darts, so it's not a useful feature. I would say to change the chi to ki, as that is the DnD wording of it. There seem to be loads of features. I would advise one for every level needed, the exception being when a feature upgrades (if it does).

Ok, I would say on the ability what level you get it at (e.g at level 3 you can ....).
