Hello, I'm trying to make a weapon for my druid player. She is circle of the stars, and likes to attack in melee and tends to use flame blade and primal savagery often. I thought about a pair of claws that might go with the star theme a bit, I don't have them full fleshed out yet but here's the idea.
Finesse, light, +1 magic claws Star and Night. Requires Attunement.
Star: 1d4 slashing + 1d4 radiant damage. Can cast light.
Night: 1d4 slashing + 1d4 necrotic damage. Can cast Pass without a trace.
Limited: Can use your action to put both together and cast moonbeam, if you attack a target within moonbeam with the claws you have advantage.
When under the night's sky Star Crossed Lovers radiant and necrotic damage is doubled.
Curse: Once on the claws can not be removed unless the curse is removed first. If you try to wear one without the other suffer 1d10 damage of the claws type for every minute until the other is placed on.
Any advice or opinions are welcome.
