building a homebrew subclass, and wondering, is there a way to have someone choose proficiency in only a select list of skills?

I know there is "choose a skill" but that will display all of the skills, and not just the couple that I want.
Similar to how knowledge cleric lets you pick from Arcana, history, nature, and religion... but with my own list of chosen skills.

I need this answer too. Right now, my subclass adds all the options to the character, instead of giving them the selection option.
