Willow looks to the others, a bit concerned now. "Is worth looking and finding others? Maybe gone. Maybe dead. Seem under-prepared. Cannot really talk for me and Moralesh."
Having her fill of the wolf, Willow would clean her hands and blade, looking to the group. "Should just go in and say hello to little orcs? End indecisiveness? It go either good or bad. No in-between. Time for talking at end, feeling. We act or we do not."
"Hmmm... It seems going unnoticed did not work... I think we should still try to get some element of surprise. Maybe we can climb up to the bridge so they can't flush us out and we can come from a different location than they expect? Greame looks like he could climb up with some help and has a rope on his bag."
"Honestly I think we have come too far to turn back now without really giving it a try."
Norwin will stand ready to help someone up to the bridge.
Sylharice turns to willow " u know u can't reason with the orcs.it ll be futile to even think about it..plus the hatred towards the elves is beyond reasoning "
On his way to the bridge Norwin notices the passage on the other side of the stream. While making a few hand gestures to his companions he crosses the stream. Once in the passage casts light on a stone and tries to cover the light as much as possible, to prevent the light to spill in the main passage.
Here he finds another way up, while looking like it could collapse any moment he thinks it might be an out of the way up as he suggested to the rest of the party.
As the light comes up you can see that the western passage is choked with rubble and loose stone and has two steep escarpments with a ledge in between. It looks to you as if the ledge is fragile (basically a scree pile). Any weight on it could potentially cause it to collapse.
He puts out the light returns to the party asks Graeme's rope. "Can I have your rope? I think I found a way up. I will try to climb up and lower a rope once I'm there, it might collapse though. I will throw out a stone that shines light if there is any danger I can't get out off. You can follow behind if you want." And he returns to the western passage to try and climb up.
As you reach the ledge the ground gives way beneath your feet, and starts crumbling towards the East. You do enough to avoid the worst of it, but stones batter you as you fall. Somehow you end up on your feet at the foot of the passage.
Norwin will dust off the rubble and think That was close, that could have been the end of me... and cast Cure Wounds on himself.
There is now more rumbling coming from the main passage. As you gather your wits, another flood of water comes streaming past the entrance.
He then tries to climb up again. It now seems passible. And he will just listen for any sound coming from either side of the passage he climbed up to.
Just as the passage collapses under Norwin, another great wash of water comes flowing down the passage towards the mouth of the cave. Willow and Moralesh are still safely inside the wolf chamber while Sylharice, who has followed Norwin, has his wits about him this time. As soon as he hears the sound of the water he jumps across the stream and on to the rubble of the western passageway. Graeme, who is still near the cave entrance, deftly steps out the way of the rushing water and shelters to one side of the opening, letting the water flow by.
Moralesh edges himself to the wolf dens entrance. Just before the water rushes by for the second time he sees Sylharice dive into the western tunnel. “Miss Willow, looks like we can safely get to the west if we hurry! I wanna ask Mr. Syl what he meant when he said it wasn’t magical.” Moralesh gathers his meagre possessions and waits for the water to die down. When it has nearly reached the original level he rushes to the west entrance.
As soon as he gets near to Sylharice, Moralesh asks “What do you mean not magical? If it’s not then something is watching us or there is a trigger or something we can’t see?”
Sylharice whispes" its not a spell certainly!Probably its naturally caused..perhaps they have built a dam of sorts.we ll find out soon enough Moralesh" and he smiles
The rest of the group, not seeing any sign of Norwin returning, cautiously follow him up the west passage. It's chocked full of rubble, worse now where the ledge collapsed under Norwin, but with care it is easy enough to negotiate. Some time later you are all stood next to the cleric in a passage hidden from the goblins.
Five goblins sit round a fire here, and it looks like this may be some living quarters of some sort judging by the bed rolls on the ground. The air is hazy with the smoke from the cooking fire and there is a pungent smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins. The cave seems to be divided in half by a ten-foot escarpment, and you notice at the far end a set of steps leading up to it.
Moralesh readies himself and peeks around the corner gauging the distance to the five critters inside. As he focuses on the ground vines rise and start to wrap around the feet of the goblins. "Mr. Syl I believe it is your turn. Get ready Miss Willow."
As the spell goes off, four of the goblins break free of the vines, while one isn't quick or strong enough to escape the tendrils. One of them give a shout of surprise in Goblin.
Sylharice moves forward towards the goblins, putting his thumbs together. A cone of flame erupts from him, engulfing all the goblins. Three of them are hit square by the flame, and they drop down dead (C2, E3 and E1). Somehow the goblin that's been entangled avoids the worst of it, bending over at the vital moment, and the other does enough to duck out of the way, though it still looks a bit singed.
Following the wizards flaming hands, Willow would rush in towards a still living goblin. (E2, standing at E3) She shoves the blade through center mass, putting her masked face close to the goblins; "Ok, we attack."
Suddenly, from atop the escarpment you hear a loud screech. "Truce!" On the edge is another goblin, holding a figure in front of itself and its scimitar to it's throat. "Yield, or human die now. Put weapon down." It's voice is harsh and guttural, but it is clearly speaking common. "Release!" It points to the goblin still held by the entangling vines.
Graeme takes out Malkie and bangs the blade on a rock as he walks by. The blade rings like a bell as he walks over to the entangled goblin and holds Malkie at the goblins neck, the blade still thrumming.
"Tha's noe how this truce works." Graeme says coldly. "We wouldnae be here if ye hadn't taken our friends."Graeme continues not taking his eyes off the chatty goblin.
"Now, how about you let them and eryone ye hae tied up back there loose, and ye hae me word you an' your friend here can go free. I got no interest in bloodshed. But..." Graeme levels a glare at the goblin...
"... you double cross me an I'll kill this one, then you, then everyone you ever cared about."
Willow would look to the goblin who is not engaging them in combat, and look confused. She would make strange sounds as if speaking in a guttural yelp or two, motioning to the group of burned, entangled and stabbed goblins. (Speaking Goblin)
"Not understand. These little orcs say attack, so I attack. You say truce. Ok. These ones looking for friends. You kill friends, you die too. Or we talk, you can leave? Willow already eat wolf. No hold grudge."
"I push, human die." The Goblin shoves its prisoner towards the edge of the escarpment. "Me no care either. Only want one thing." He gives the fighter a sly look. "Me goblin leader. Me no like," he spits, "Bugbear. My tribe!"
The man he is holding looks in a bad way. It looks like he's been beaten bloody, and he's wearing very little other than a thin shirt and trousers. He coughs and shouts, "Don't trust it..." only to be silenced by a smack to the head.
"My tribe. Kill Klarg. Give you human. Truce?" The goblin points again at the restrained one. "No kill. Release!"
Willow looks surprised, looking to the other little orc Graeme is holding at blade point. (Speaking Goblin)
"This true? That goblin leader to you? If yes, tell of Klarg position and numbers. I think others look for more than one friend. If he has, he likely die. Bug Bear not usually use words, because too dumb."
She looks back to the "Goblin Leader", speaking again; (Speaking Goblin)
"Who knock Willow and Moralesh out and chain next to wolves? Inhospitable actions. Make rather mad. If you, be honest. Finding out later it you and you lie will result in deaths. Tie to rock with chains, watch starve to death. Good fun. If ask for food, give rocks."

Norwin whispers down: "To the left here is a room with 5 goblins, they haven't noticed me yet. I think we could surprise them."

Norwin runs in to get a good view of the room. And casts toll the dead. 11
