Briana's orb shoots towards Corinne, surrounding her in a protective aura she can also share with one friend, as Shi's eyes go pure white again. "I have had enough pain for this life," she whispers in a young woman's broken, despairing voice.

G shakes themselves out of their revery. They grumble to themselves for allowing their attention to waver. Correcting their stance, G opens up with a defensive strike before unleashing the rest of their strength on the zombie.

Corinne reels from the acrid burning poison coursing through her. She fights back, pushing herself to keep going, feeling a little boost from Shi. The vampire continues her assault, hoping to put down the danger before it overwhelms the group.

Witnessing Corinne get mauled in return by a zombie sent a fire burning deep inside. G's eyes flared with an emotion strong enough for their visage to flicker as they shout in a faintly familiar feminine voice. "*****!" They lash out in a more savage manner against the Zombie.

Calling upon their more violent persona, G is able to finish off the zombie! End of combat.

Corinne takes few calming steady breaths, eyes closed as her frame relaxes and slips out of huntress form, her eyes shimmering back from black to silver. The dhampir touches several wounds that she hadn't felt during the battle, but are now seeping slightly too pale blood. She speaks up with a grunt of pain "That could have went better, my apologies. I thought that maybe it could have been non-hostile, but that was too much to hope for."
She looks around the area to see if there is a place to sit and breath for a moment, or if they will need to press on.

Shi shrugs. "It was a good try. The problem has been resolved."
