You all return back to Umble and Thoot, having fulfilled your end of the deal in convincing the people of Roslar's Coffer that they're dead and now being ready to make your return to the Material Plane in the hopes of finding out what happened to Roslar's Coffer. “Well then, yes, I suppose we are prepared. The ritual is quite simple, but I must ask you not to pay too close attention, as we’re not technically empowered to perform this bit of extrajurisdictational transposition. “Like most things involving psychopomps, the Dead Roads rely on a complex bureaucracy. They’re maintained by Barzahk the Passage to allow us to come and go, but creatures of... of non-psychopompological nature need authorization to prevent abuse. Specially appointed bureaucrats control way stations along the routes, and can offer a stamp on your body to pass freely. Without a stamp of passage, beings tend to, oh... ‘slide off’ the Dead Roads and land back here—hopefully. We never did locate more than a few fingers from that one poor waywardarian Keleshite who found his way in. “The route to Roslar’s Coffer passes three way stations: the Palace of Teeth, a manor called Nine-Eaves, and Salighara’s Scriptorium. You’ll need to stop at all three to make your pilgrimage back to Lastwall. Each way station master will probably charge for passage. Given your pauparian circumstances, I assume they’ll trade services. I hope. I suggest you make your way to the Palace of Teeth first, as it is closer than all of the others.”
Morticia nods her head along with the words of the psychopomps, making mental notes of the information they were feeding them. "Well... That sounds... simple enough, right?"She asks, looking over the group with a shrug. "I-I think we can do it. Hopefully they make the services easy for us..." Grey hues go back to Umble and Thoot. "I'm ready for a stamp! A-and, um, do you happen to have a map of this place or... at least tell us the direction where the, uh, 'Palace of Teeth' is? I hope it's not full of teeth..."

Briana looks thoughtful. "Teeth...I'm sure I have a few in here with teeth..." she murmurs to herself as she begins mentally flicking through deaths again.
Once it became clear from Mictena that the deal Umble and Thoot had proposed was not strictly......legal, Corinne smirked, chuckling lightly to herself, tiny silver bells ringing out amongst the death and decay of her surroundings, "Even the afterlife....red tape and secrets. makes it all feel so familiar..." She shakes her head, hair swaying and flowing like raven black waves against her unnaturally pale complexion.
She makes a bee line for their Psychopomp associates with the rest of the group, feeling more in her element. The bureaucracy reminded her of home, of her life before this craziness, of secret meetings and dalliances with all manner of nobles and courtiers. As the two psychopomps lay out the journey, Corinne nods, trying her best to log every detail, looking often to the rest of the group, "Teeth huh?....I imagine there has to be plenty of teeth scattered throughout the boneyard, so that shouldn't be too hard. Right?" She turns to the group for confirmation before looking back to the duo, "Wait...if only certain people are given permission...what's to stop Mictena from just tracking us down, regardless of what we do? Do the stamps GIVE us permission to keep going?" her silvery glowing eyes search through the alien faces of the deathly emissaries.

This tall, narrow castle rises from atop a hill near the road. Constructed of weathered wood and ivory-colored stone, the building is studded with thousands upon thousands of teeth, arranged in neat rows and spirals. The castle’s only windows are high and narrow. A tall gatehouse leads into a courtyard, its floor paved with yellowish bricks and old teeth.

She shimmers and transforms into a young half-orc with black hair back in a ponytail before walking calmly towards the gatehouse. "This is Veska," she adds over her shoulder by way of introduction.
Greyce would glance up from picking their nails when their ears would finally register details of the conversation exchange. They'd listen to the discussion, peeling themselves away from their stance. Rolling their shoulders back, they'd give the newly introduced Veska a nod and follow along to the gatehouse.
At the sight of the teeth, Morticia slinks to the back of the group with a distasteful expression on her face. "I really hope we're not here long..."She whispers to herself.

As Greyce and Veska move through the gatehouse, Veska steps on a pressure point that drops a large bundle of teeth on the two changelings! The teeth deal no damage and don't present any impediment, but they fall with a loud clatter.

Greyce would blink, flinching slightly from Morticia's yelp. Grey eyes would glance back to Morticia and Corrine to make sure they were alright. "I guess lacking some wisdom teeth, it's come back to bite me in the ass." They'd offer a goofy grin.
"One could almost say, I'm armoured to the teeth." They'd bob their brows. Greyce would then give themselves a little shake. Light ting, clings and clangs could be heard as teeth tumble down off and out their armour. Looking down, the raven haired figure would pluck a canine from their cleavage. It was a beautiful long one. Finding it a bit pretty, they would follow Veska's lead, pocketing it for themselves.
Once confirmed all was well, the warrior would look back up and gesture with their arm, ready escort the pair after Veska.

Corinne’s eyes would flash with a little wonder at the absurdity and grandiose nature of the palace of teeth,
I wonder if there are any vampire fangs amongst them...
When The teeth fall on the two companions scouting ahead, Corinne’s eyes narrow, she instinctively places an arm in front of the cowering Morticia in a shielding protective way, “I think that was an alarm, we should be very careful how we approach the owners of this place.” She keeps her eyes trained, searching for any movement from the keep, untrusting of anything that lives in this deathless place.
