During the seance, Corinne shivers at the familiar sensation of life draining, even if she’d never been on this side of the exchange. A portion of that sensation ripples up her arm, as Corinne absorbs just the slightest bit of extraneous energy, feeling it course through her muscles and radiate across her nails. 
“Wow, Shi. That was…thank you for sharing just a bit of yourself, or, I guess a bit of your spirit friends with us, I feel like I understand you just a bit more.” She smiles widely at the spooky bard.

Assuming that no one would object, G would help themselves to the scythe. Testing it against their original, they’d accept it into their arsenal with a satisfied grunt.

The paladin would hang back in silence for some time. Though, as the quiet became almost all consuming after Shi asked for volunteers, they’d eventually step forward to assist her with Corinne.

G would simply nod in agreement with Corinne. This was a little different than when Shi merges her blue balls with him. It was good to learn more in a different light.

Shi gives Corinne a soft smile. "You are welcome. Asta likes you both," she adds to G and Corinne.

“Well it would be very unfortunate to have traveling companions that didn’t like us, so I’m very grateful.” She gives a wry smirk than try’s to find the Asta orb to give a nod.

Shi gently moves one orb over near Corinne, and a small spark of red appears momentarily in its core. The orb gives Corinne a little bob back that could be a nod.

Seance completed, you all begin making your way to Roslar's Tomb in the cemetery. However, as you approach within 20 feet of the tomb, a pile of bones and sinew rises to attack!

Brandishing their new scythe, G surges forward. Dragging the blade along, it kicks up sparks. Then with a flourish, they unleash a series of radiant attacks against the golem.

Corinne cracks her neck nonchalantly before surging forward alongside G’s assault, leaping at the last second to land behind the golem. From her new position she unleashes a torrent of diamond sharp claws.

Mallet reacts more quickly than normal and moves to put her within Morticia, Grey, and Corinne, and calls out to bless them. She then moves back out of the way of the golem, preparing to attack from a distance.
