"I didn´t realize you cared what we did with the goblins Daerryl, but leaving them here tucked up with the doors closed for just a while as we collect Calcryx won´t be a problem I think. I don´t expect any rats to get to them very soon."
Unless Daerryl presses the matter Selene leaves after Kiori, a bit impressed with his sneaking, a little less so with Raadox´s.
Raadox shrugs at the discussions about the goblins’ fate and pushes on deeper into the complex. He is a little too eager and doesn’t realise he’s humming an elvish ditty to himself, quite loudly.
"That´s a sweet tune Raadox, but could you save it for later perhaps?"Selene whispers, already holding her green crystal, prepared for more goblin archers.
As you move towards the next area, between Kiori's armor, Raadox's humming, and Selene's not so quiet whisper, you come around the corner to find three goblins ready and waiting with arrows hiding behind a half-wall. Dozens of blunted and broken arrows lie on the cracked cobblestone floor, and a few protrude from three crudely sewn, human-sized targets hung along the center of the south wall. The northern third of the room is separated from the south by a crudely mortared and crenellated half-wall. A permanent camp of sorts lies north of the wall, complete with a fire ring and several small iron cook pots.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Trying to avoid another goblin arrow to the chest Selene uses her fey slumber magic (Sleep hp:25) and then she moves behind cover of the wall if possible.
Kiori walks forward, taking a roll of rope out of his backpack and starts tying up the sleeping goblins "I don't want them to attack us from behind once we continue."
Raadox shakes his head slightly as he watches the Goliath at work. He waits until the big man is finished and then smiles disarmingly. "Ready to move on again?" No whistling this time. Quiet as a mouse.
"Yes good work Kiori, make sure they can´t warn their brethen when they wake up" Selene is prepared to wait if anyone wants to do any quick looting.
When ready to leave she says. "North then I suppose. Let´s see if we can be even more quiet this time"She smiles to the others and follows them through the north door hoping to find Calcryx real soon.
“We’re just leaving them for the rats?”
