I don’t think anyone has it.  So bells, yelling and blowing horns, etc will have to do.

If we need to signal I can also use my lightning launcher to shoot into the air.  It goes up 90 feet, but it's treated as a ranged weapon, so the "long range" would be 180.  Since I am not aiming, just shooting into the Sky I would take the disadvantage.

I feel like a bolt of lightning is probably a decent enough signal at night.  

Yeah that should wake em up..

As you wait for the clock to strike midnight, you see a large cloud off fog roll into the bay from the sea.

“Hmm- that don’t look right to me.    Probably tryna cover their attack with fog spells.  We ain’t prepared to fight in fog- but they can’t all be either”

 Yell all you want, but the fog -definitely magical, is headed your way. As it enters the harbor, you notice the air begins to grow colder around you.

Make any alarm-related rolls now, unless you feel like concealing your position would be smarter.

We set off the alarms!

Harold will fly above the fog if comes too close to him.   

Ari will shoot his lightning Launcher into the air.  Rolling with disadvantage to be able to shoot long range of 180ft.

And so it begins.  Ari mutters.  A chaotic gleam in his gray eyes and a wry smile.  The quartz crystal embedded on the back of his armored palm hums and glows before shooting a silvery blue bolt of lightning into the Sky.  

As you shoot off the lightning bolt, the cloud of fog has rolled a good ways through the bay and is now 400 ft. from your position.

Cass yells “get our ships underway and  shoot any ships you see!, but watch what happens in that fog, in case it be worse than just fog”

By the time you get the ships moving, the fog is 100 feet away.

Now the fog is within range Ari will shoot lightning directly into the fog cloud.   He will aim where a ship would most likely be.
