"Found it." Robin announces to the captains. "It is just down there waiting, and doesn't look to have moved for a bit. Likely waiting until some change that would allow them to move onward."

"Let me get my gear." Robin says with a nod. She moves below deck and get into ehr armor and grabs the rest of her equipment.

Gianna's earholes perk up when she hears the words water and swimming.

Cass says “well- who all is ready to do this?  A dangerous mission to be sure.   So eer’s me plan- ye be lettin me know if ye’ve gots a better one.   We swim down there, those of us whot can swim either with magic or our natures,  and we first trap the ship usin one o’ these here feather tokens-  it won’t go anywhere’s fer a day or so.  Then while we’re there- we sabatoge, maybe break in, and wreck havoc On the paralyzed ship!    Who all is in? “ 

“Birdie” says,

”I don’t have the natural ability or magic for deep sea diving. But what puzzles me is; how are they breathing down there? I find it hard to believe that the Crimson scum are fish people. Would it be possible to starve them for air and then freeze them from coming to the surface? Effectively suffocating them? Raise the ghost ship after they’re dead and commandeer it? I’ve been on a few whaling expeditions and have seen how puncturing the lung of one of those great beasts will force them to the surface. Maybe puncturing whatever kind of bubble they have would force them up.”

”Birdie” trails off in volume at the end of his stream of consciousness. He knows he’s speaking out of turn and that he’s not the brightest of the crew, but once he got started, he couldn’t stop.

Gianna pipes up, "I'm ready to go when you are commander!"

Prepare any diving/water breathing gear you have, or figure out who can hold their breath for the longest, then figure out your plan of action.

Robin's armor gives her a swim speed, but she cannot hold her breath very long at all. Under water is not going to work good for her at all.

This tome seems impartial, dishing out death to both its owner and its enemies. You must be very careful with this accursed book. It has great power for you to harness, but should you make a mistake while using it, you will be attacked with equal destruction.

(Cassandra has some Magic items to help-  is there a spell of water breathing in that book? We need Tuna and Ceesh back for this raid!  I’ll post Cass’ plan soon.  Just been busy!) 

(Yep was hoping for water breathing, as Robin doesn't have it, but, then again, she doesn't have 3rd-level spells yet either, so...)

 Heck, if Tuna and Ceesh are "asleep," I say their magic items are now fair game to "borrow". (To be returned to their rightful owners if they decide to return, of course.)

“Birdie” is willing to go. He just can’t breathe water or have a swim speed.

Tuna will wake up with a stretch and a huge teethy yawn. "What is this about a raid I hear? My nap has seemed to run for longer than I thought it would."

(Things have gotten back to normal for me for the most part and making repairs to my house from the storm. So I'm willing and able to rejoin. Thanks for keeping me around)

(Welcome back!   Well i know Tuna can swim down there, and Cass has a cap of water breathing, but we need more water breathing, I think… any ideas?  My crazy idea-Cass can use shape water to make a ball of ice filled with air, a mini sub, which we could bring some down in…)
