On Turn's tern, he'll hit it once with a belaying pin(club) and FoB it. If he hits with an FoB attack, the creature has to make a DC 13 Dex save or be knocked prone.

Uther will cast faerie fire to the creature, the creature will roll a dex saving throw, if <12, the creature will emit a 10 feet radius light so any attack roll within that radius will have advantage

Saving throw for FoB: 7. The creature drops to the ground.

Saving throw for Faerie Fire: 6

"alright, you guys are up, attack the glowing monster!"

(If your weapon is melee, add advantage to your roll, good luck)

Thiago is first, but on Cass’s turn she advances on it, hits with a 22 and does 8 points of damage.  She curses at it “I ain’t be ahearing ye request me permission to come aboard.  Now yer gettin water and blood all over me deck!”   She snarls at the creature (intimidation check: 16)

Tuna slips out of the way of the claws coming at him and pulls out his rapier to stab the thing.
