Worm flies over the band of humanoids and confirms what most of you already see. They are orcs. Nine of them.
At this point, it's hard to discern whether the orcs see you... you get the feeling that one of them may have spotted at least some of you, but Zyllith easily slips into the grass and out of sight, and you're pretty sure that nobody sees her.
Right now, the orcs are about 180 feet from you to the northwest, still approaching the road in the direction you are heading.
Osmord
Worm is able to see that the orcs are marching with six prisoners in tow. They appear to be children, or halflings, or perhaps a combination of both, and they're being dragged along in a rope line in the middle of the orc band.
“Prisoners I see, these Orcs drag six behind them. Small folk or children.” As he speaks Osmord hefts his shield and starts to position himself to the rear of the group. He turns to Elion,
”Hide yourself my friend, perhaps this exchange will prove... educational.”
He then asks the others, “Will there be talking... before we deliver death? Osmord would know this...”
The terrain between you and the orcs is simple, flat grassland (the grass is about 2-3 feet tall), and the road. The orcs are not on the road, they're cutting through the grass from the left, but if you all were to continue, your paths would cross on the road.
Zyllith was already moving closer to the orc band, hidden within the tall grass, stepping quietly to - with any luck - get within range of her rapier before anyone noticed her presence.
Belkas will move father up the road, keeping low, and hopefully out of sight. He needs to be within 120 feet to use Eldritch Blast, but he doesn't want to be any closer than that.

Initiative 2+3 = 5
Stealth 6+5 = 11 (if necessary, but apparently not very helpful)
As you close the distance, it becomes apparent that at least some of the orcs can see you, or at least they have spotted Arisa and Beklas, who are not moving up the road with an exceptional level of stealth. You guess that they probably don't see Zyllith, who is hiding in the grass. You're not sure if they spot Vernon and Osmord.
Since everyone is still about 150 feet away from the orc band, everyone can go ahead and do an action/move right now.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Osmord will move 30 feet closer and cast chill touch touch twice at the nearest Orcs. (Range 120)
Attack: 23 Damage: 8
Attack: 7 Damage: 7
He will also use his bonus action to cast shield of faith on himself (Raising his AC to 21) this will cause him to drop detect magic (Did he see anything magical prior to this?)
Seeing that things are clearly becoming dangerous, Zyllith moves quickly into action, taking advantage of being unseen to launch an attack at the closest orc.
Rapier Attack - 5+7 = 12 ( Damage if it hits: 12 + 7 = 19 piercing damage )
She then immediately jumps back to distance herself from the orcs as much as possible.
(Movement + bonus action Dash to run in and run back out as far as possible. With her Fancy Footwork, the orc she attacked can't make opportunity attacks against her this turn. )
Ok, I've mapped the battlefield out into a isosceles triangle, where you all begin at a distance of 150 feet from the orc band. Since Arisa, Belkas, Vernon and Osmord are continuing up the road, baed on the math and the rate of speed the orcs are traveling, they only need to travel an additional 20 feet to put themselves into the stated 120' range.
Meanwhile, Zyllith can dash up the long edge of the triangle, while maintaining stealth in the grass, and using a Dash action, she can get within 40 feet of the orcs, which would allow her the distance needed for a "move/attack/dash retreat" strike on the next turn.
So, while she prepares to slip unseen towards the orcs, Osmord, Arisa and Belkas can cast their first spells, Osmord his Chill Touch and Belkas his Eldritch Blast.
However, before Zyllith moves and before Osmord has a chance to cast his first spell attack, the orcs obviously spot you, at least they see Belkas. You’re not sure if they see Arisa, Osmord Vernon or Elion.
A number of the orcs let loose with a fierce battle cry and four of them begin charging forward, rushing straight towards the four of you on the road. The trajectory ends up being a little bit further to the east (right) from Zyllith's position. The first one moves with surprising speed and he covers a huge amount of distance in just a few seconds, growling and spitting and as his comrades shout orcish battle cries from behind.
He ends up only ten feet away from Belkas, much to the surprise and shock of him and to Elion, who is doing his best to remain unseen. However, Zyllith changes her plan and scurries towards him in the grass and quickly drives the point of her repair into the orc's side, killing it instantly before it even knows what's happened. She then retreats a few feet back into the grass.
Four other orcs see what's happened and follow the path of the first one, although they stop short at a distance of 30' away from Osmord, Belkas, Arisa, Elion and Vernon and hurl their javelins right at you
I need stealth checks from Arisa, Vernon and Osmord to determine who the orcs target with their throws.

Osmord slips into worms mind and looks down at the strangers from above. He begins to ritual cast Detect Magic to spot any arcane threats.

at the first sign of trouble, Arisa quietly casts Aid on herself, Vernon and Zyllyth (5 temp hit points and HP maximum raised 5).

"We'll be fighting. We can't leave the children, or halflings, with the orcs. The question is if we can ambush them or if they have seen us already."
Belkas hands his sling and spear to Elion and says, "Just in case. And if things look like they are going badly for us, run."
Belkas looks around, trying to see if there is any terrain that would give them an advantage.

The dust is not sufficient to muffle Vernon's clinking armor, and his banner was still up.

Arisa is trying to hide in the grass.. but her armor as well makes stealth difficult (was going for half cover for the ac bonus)

That's a big old shell on his back. Hard to hide.
