As the orcs approach, Arisa, Osmord and Elion realize that they have at least some level of stealth against two of the creatures, but it's obvious that the other two see them plainly. Unfortunately, Vernon suddenly remembers that he's still go the banner up on his lance, which is making him stick out like a sore thumb.
The javelins fly, with two of them aimed straight for Vernon, Attack: 18 Damage: 9 and Attack: 25 Damage: 10, and the other at Elion. Attack: 11 Damage: 8
The last javelin is aimed at Arisa: Attack: 14 Damage: 4
Osmord is up. His first Chill Touch spell strikes one of the approaching orcs and injures it. However, it doesn’t seem to slow it down much. The second spell fails to connect.
The rest of the orcs stay put for the moment. Arisa, Vernon and Belkas are up. I’ll roll for Elion, who is quite stunned after being struck by one of the javelins.
Arisa casts spiritual weapon (bonus action) on the Orc that attacked her- a glowing incorporeal spinning blue seven- point star appears and hits at it. A moment later, she shoots (action) a firebolt at the same one or a different one if that one went down. (Both attacks with bless, rolled separately)
she then ducks down into the grass again for partial cover.
Vernon will run up to the nearest (unharmed, if reachable) Orc and smack it with his war hammer, creating a flash of light, and giving him the sense that he's doing the right thing.

Shrugging off the pain from being hit by one of the javelins, Vernon springs up out of the grass and charges forward towards one of the orcs. Swinging his brand new hammer against a foe for the very first time, he connects with a blinding flash of divine light and a devastating thwack against the creature's chest. He's surprised at just how well balanced the hammer is, especially since his first attack with it completely crushes the orc's sternum in a cacophonous crack of death. The creature lets out a brief gasp before falling to the ground.
Behind him, Arisa launches her two spell attacks, and the combination of her spiritual star-shaped weapon and the fire bolt deliver another deadly flash of arcane death to the orc that attacked her.
After shouting his warning to Elion, Belkas unleashes with a hex and an Eldritch Blast against the orc that Osmord had injured. His own arcane attack slams into the orcs's chest, and although he doesn't kill it, the creature's strength and general well being is definitely compromised. Having been the victim of two spell attacks, he's reeling from the pain.
Watching three of their band go down, two more orcs rush towards the road, again, stopping at 30' away to huck their javelins at Vernon Attack: 25 Damage: 12 and Arisa Attack: 9 Damage: 5.
Zyllith knew she had manage to make a lucky strike on the first orc as they charged their group, but now it felt like the others were starting to be overwhelmed by their attacks. In the hopes of helping her friends she decides to take a more reckless action. Jumping out of the grass she moves quickly and deftly towards a singular orc, trying to engage him separately from the rest, she dives in at an unexpected angle to catch the orc off-guard.
"Oy! Ya mold skinned rock-brained wanka! How's 'bout ya dance wit' yer better fer a bit till tha ground takes ye!" Zyllith cried out to the orc she was attacking to get his attention before plunging her rapier forward. Then with her agility she quickly twisted around and moved back once more out of the orc's reach. Whether any other orc chased after her or not, hopefully this would be enough to take pressure off the others.
( Move action to get next to the nearest orc, she wants to position herself so only her target is within 5 ft. of her. This allows her to get her sneak attack in as a Swashbuckler feature- Rakish Audacity )
(Bonus Action Dash back once again to get out of melee range, her Fancy Footwork allowing her to avoid any opportunity attack from the orc she attacked)

Using the tall grass to her advantage, Zyllith quickly and silently approaches one of the closer, javelin wielding orcs who had just attacked her companions. Jumping up and using the element of surprise, she goads and taunts the enemy before plunging her rapier into its body, then quickly retreats once again, closing in on the next closest orc.
Out of this group, there are two three remaining- the badly injured orc, and two more at full strength. These two orcs trade javelins for great-axes and proceed to charge into melee with vicious war cries and brutal attacks against Osmord: Attack: 9 Damage: 14 and Belkas. They're clearly targeting the spell casters. Attack: 19 Damage: 15
The two remaining orcs more are currently staying with the prisoners about 100 feet away.

Osmord's eerie and horrific sounding spell penetrates the ears of the two orcs, but the one that's badly injured seems to shrug off the effects. The second orc fares slightly worse, although based on his reaction, it causes the creature little harm.
The third orc in this group, (Orc #6) also rushes towards Osmord, clearly hoping to quell the spell caster. In the process, he takes a glancing blow from Vernon's hammer as he rushes by, but he ignores that, instead focusing intently on bringing down the strange magic wielding tortle creature with his axe. Attack: 18 Damage: 12
Osmord is able to deflect the blow, which bashes on his thick shell, but just then, Elion springs out of the grass a few feet away from Osmord. He yells and makes a quick feint with his own blade to try and distract the orc. (Help action: The next attack agains this orc is made with Advantage.)
Continuing his own onslaught, Vernon deals considerably more damage to the other orc. Rushing up behind the one that had attacked Belkas, the tenacious little gnome swings his new weapon with a strong heart and a bit of divine magic and he fells the creature with a pounding blow and a bright flash of light. The broken orc falls to the grass with barely a groan escaping from his spent life.
A second later, Arisa's spiritual weapon slams down on the injured orc and crushes it to the ground with merciless force. After seeing the effects of that spell, the cleric then spins around and sends her fire bolt at one of the orcs that's still guarding the prisoners before advancing towards that group. The bolt flies true and strikes the orc right in the shoulder, although the creature's hide armor seems to prevent the arcane attack from doing too much damage.
One orc now remains in front of Osmord. The other two by the prisoners remain in a defensive position.
Belkas steps out of the way as the orc swings its massive axe at him, and then watches as Vernon smashes the creature down.
Belkas nods in thanks and says, "I'm glad you were close by. That new hammer is impressive in your hands."
He then lashes out an Eldritch Blast at the orc standing before Osmord, as he calls out in orcish, "Stay away from my friends."
He calls on Crowley to attack the same orc if it is still alive or another one and then fly out of reach.
____
Eldritch Blast: To hit 13+6=19 Damage 6+4=10
Imp: using Belkas' bonus action as per his Investment of the Chain Master Invocation To hit: 18+5=23 Damage: 2+3=5 Poison damage: 5+5+2=12 (or 6 with a successful CON saveing throw at DC 11)
Taking advantage of Elion's distraction, Belkas focuses all of his energy and concentration into maximizing the power of his Eldritch Blast. Shooting forth from his hand, the ray strikes the orc squarely in the chest, and although the strike isn't fatal, it is a serious blow. Then, Crowley the imp launches into the injured orc and pieces the creature's back with its barbed tail. The injury itself itself is deep, and the orc struggles to fight off the devastating pain, and quickly succumbs to the huge flow of poison that follows.
It appeared that the rest of the group had a handle on the remaining orc, so Zyllith decided to shift her focus to the orcs still standing back with the prisoners. Moving as quickly as she could, she reached the nearest orc guard, squaring up against him such that the other orc could not easily reach her. "Good day, luv. I'm 'ere ta' ferry yer life away from yer corpse, please ta' meet ya'!" Zyllith quipped before attacking with her rapier. It turned out to be a poor decision on her part as her attack failed to land miserably. All she could do was position herself as best she could to meet the orc's inevitable counter attack.
______
Rapier Attack: 1+7 = 8
( Movement + Bonus Action Dash. If she has any movement remaining after reaching the orcs she will move back as far as she can. )
It's about 60-70 feet from where Zyllith is to the other orcs, so she needs to use her Dash action to reach them. Quickly treading through the grass, she covers the distance and confronts one of the two orcs (the one who was just hit by Arisa's fire bolt) and pokes at it with her rapier. Unfortunately, she's a bit off with her strike and the orc early swats metal to metal and flicks the weapon away from his body like a twig.
Fortunately, she's able to backpedal and get away him without taking a return strike. From her vantage point, though, she can see the six halfling prisoners, who are all bound at the wrists, gagged and tied in a rope line. These two close orcs are positioned one at front of the line and one at the rear, about 20 feet behind. The rear orc, who is about 30 feet from Zyllith, is holding his great axe against the neck of the last halfling in the line.
"Halt attacks or half ones start dying!" he hells, gripping his axe tightly. The other turns around and holds his axe in a similar motion against the first halfling in the line.
As the two orcs watch their last companion hit the ground in a magical slumber, they briefly glance around you, obviously surveying the situation. It's clear that the are indeed outnumbered, but hey they still stand with a proud, even somewhat aggressive posture. Elion keeps his eye on Osmord from a safe distance while keeping his hand pressed to his wound.
Then one of them speaks in common with his thick orchis accent.
"Death. Grummsh make us strong, not fear death. Orcs strong in battle, but you have many magics and now stand many more against two."
"I propose deal. One of us against one of you. No magic, just strength and weapons. Fight to death. No spells. Orc win fight, we take prisoners and you let us pass. You win fight, you take prisoners."
"I say yer bloody daft, that's whot!" Zyllith shot back quickly, still keeping her guard up, "I'm nae so noble as ta' have a fair fight wit' ye' when innocent lives are on tha' line, neva' pretended to be neither. Better ta' kill you lot wit' any tool we got. We get what we want, and ye' get ta' visit yer god with yer damn pride intact, everyone wins!"
