Got it. Unfortunately, the worg, who was already suspicious of Vernon's intention, is already braced for the attack and he quickly yanks his head back to avoid having it smashed by the gnome's mace.
(I'll wait for Osmord's action before I continue.)

Belkas steped out of cover to find out what was happening.
Seeing the bloodied cleric, he called out, "Arias, find cover or heal yourself if you can!"
As the goblin with the Hex died under Zyllith's blow, Belkas resigned the curse to the Warg, the only enimy he can see, (bonus action) and shot out an Eldritch Blast at it.
He then steped back out of view of the goblins.

As the worg is evading Veron's swing, it feels the cold touch of Osmord's spectral hand on the back of its neck. It seems to cringe a little bit from the creepy magical attack, but then squares off against the gnome, jaws bared and an evil expression in its eyes.
Another arrow flies out from the area near the trading post, and you briefly get sight of the goblin once again, before it ducks back and attempts to hide again, this one directed at Zyllith. Attack: 10 Damage: 7. However, it's aim is thrown off by Arisa's fire bolt that grazes against the goblins's shoulder.
Goblin stealth: 18 (The orignal roll was 18, it was changed in the editing.)
Just then, Beklas emerges from around the corner of the inn and fires his Eldritch Blast at the worg, who is visibly shaken by the force of the magical blast and the additional necrotic damage it takes form the attack.
The other goblin at the northern corner of the square reemerges and also shoots an arrow at Zyllith before ducking back down into the grass. Attack: 13 Damage: 4
(Got it... I had already posted, then went back to edit after I saw your post.)
Back in the square, the worg is engaged in a tense stand-off against the small, but valiant and surprisingly confident gnome. Shrugging off the two magical attacks, the large canine beast lunges at Vernon with fangs that are far bigger than his own fingers, and razor sharp. Attack: 24 Damage: 8
The worg's teeth puncture deeply into Veron's gut, and he suddenly finds himself fighting to stay on his feet as the beats attempts to drive him to the ground.
Need a DC 13 STR save or Vernon is knocked prone beneath the worg.
With a massive size difference being a major factor, Vernon goes down, stumbling backwards into the dirt, where he now find himself staring up at the belly of the beast and the gaping fangs that are dripping with saliva.
Standing over him, ready for the kill, the worg says in its gruff voice,
“You’re a brave little gnome, but you’re no match for me; get ready to die.”
"Ahh! Shite! Buggar all!"Crying out in equal parts pain and frustration from the arrow that struck her, Zyllith charges after the goblin that fired it, looking to end the threat as quickly as possible.
Zyllith easily spots the goblin that just stuck her. With a quick stride forward, she unleashes a deadly attack on the creature, who falls into the grass, dead and bleeding from a deep puncture to the heart.
Vernon says to the worg, "I quite agree. There was a goblin that left town through that gate," (he points,) "that would be far more up to your speed. I've been prepared to die," (here he throws in a quick mental prayer to Flandal Steelskin,) "since I was very small, and I don't think I'm worth your time now." He lowers his mace.
Arisa- on her turn- will seek cover and again ready an action to fire bolt the remaining goblin when it pops out.
Rolls in roller:
14 to hit
1 damage. (Argh!)
still in agony, Arisa finds It hard to focus on her spell. Worried about Vernon, but still concerned about that last goblin, she tries to find some shelter from the arrows while readying her attack..
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing things going horribly wrong with the warg Osmord groans and rises out of his shell to stand at full height. He points his walking stick at the warg,
"The small one is sweet, he would make a fine desert, come here dog and feed!" casting toll the dead (Wis 12 or 12 damage).
Again Osmord makes ready with shield should an attack get past his defences.
As the worg bares down on the defenseless gnome beneath it, the sudden sound of a loud and woeful bell rings in the creature's ears causing it an excruciating level of pain. It twists its head back and forth in agony and lets out a deranged and pitiful yowl is almost deafening to Vernon.
Once again, the goblin near the trading post emerges again from his hiding place and fires another arrow at the only enemy it can see now, which is Osmord, before attempting to duck back out of sight. Attack: 16 Damage: 5. It's a dead shot, but the arrow hits Osmord's hard shell and bounces off, skittering into the dirt.

Belkas thought for an instant that they had lost Zyllith, but quickly realized it was his eyes playing tricks on him, or perhaps a glimpse of some alternate world where the fates were crueler. Instead, he was impressed to see the arrow bounce off Osmord's shell.
He called out, "Die warg!" as he stepped out and flung another Eldritch Blast at the wolflike creature that was dripping saliva over the prostrate gnome.
[Unless Arisa kills the Warg first, in which case Belkas will aim for the goblin if he can see it (PERCEPTION 1d20+1, 16) using his bonus action to transfer Hex to it before using Eldritch Blast. If he cannot see it, he will ready his Blast to hit the goblin when it appears again.]
Leaning back out away from the southeast corner of the inn, Arisa shoots her arcane fire bolt straight towards the worg. Her aim is as true as can be, and it strikes the creature right in the head, killing instantly with an explosion of fire and smoke. From underneath, Vernon can smell the foul, crisp odor of singing fur and burning flesh. Fortunately, he rolls away from the flaming corpse as it slumps to the ground next to him.
Seeing Arisa finish of the worg, Belkas holds his own attack, and continues to remain in half cover so that he can try and spot the goblin if it reappears.
No more worgs, no more goblins 2 & 3, so we're back to the top of the round. Zyllith, Osmord and Vernon.
"Bloody miserable wankar" Zyllith mutters more curses under her breath, unable to spot the remaining goblin. She takes a breath to calm her nerves and begins moving cautiously around the buildings. Quietly moving while remaining out of sight, the tiefling begins moving closer to where she last caught sight of the remaining goblin.
(She will try to move around the nearby buildings in order to try to get closer to the last known location of the remaining goblin without being seen.)
Osmord feels his shield spell trigger as the arrow bounces away from his shell. With a hiss of anger he holds his actions and prepares to cast chill touch should the little fiend appear again.
[Attack: 5 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.]

Osmord sees Vernon swing out at the beast and casts chill touch (120ft range) Attack: 20 Damage: 2
The skeletal hand appears above the beast and attempts to sink in its claws.
Osmord once again readies shield, should a strike get past his armour.
