I was told by the asasin's guild that someone wanted a job done and where to find him he told me to kill Kendrik Iral and I tried but was restrained by the guards I could finish him off 912 he dies there this time for good (-5 hitpoints)

no his max hit points were 27 but he took 32 damage
(OOC- Then he should be making death saves. Instant death happens when someone is negative their max hp. Example: I have 9 hp. if i were to take 18, i'd be insta-killed. if i took 17, I'd make death throws.)
Spare the Dying cantrip is mighty useful to just keep bringing him back, and Avitus casts it again.
