For starters, Vaden will cast tasha’s mind whip at the rabbit folk... Hopper will need to make a dc 19 Int save or take 8 psychic damage. On a save he takes half damage. If he fails the save he has to pick to take an action, bonus action, or move action for his next turn, he can only do one.
I do not have access to my own map right now, lol, so I am not 100% sure where everyone is. I will have Vaden move 30 feet North though, putting distance between him and the others. Likely that will take him to the Northern wall. MM will likely move as well, staying somewhat close to the gnome.

Dodge only affects to-hit rolls, not saving throws, so no it does not affect mind whip.
Peren, the monk, is the one who was taken out, Hopper is still up, though he has to make an int save to see if he is able to resist the mind whip Vaden tossed at him.

I think it depends on who rolls better at this point. We are all about equal, with very low HP and the wizards low on spells. It is going to come down to the rolls I feel, as it is anyone's game at this point.

I think you’re ok, so to summarize, the monk is dead there’s a reanimated wyvern the MM is gone and the wizards are winning. Is that about right?
