Cadmus, the elemental does not get an opportunity attack vs Blue, as Blue is invisible and he flew away, he did not walk. Tremmer sense only works on the ground.
Morz moves around the elemental, without provoking it, and lines up a 100’ line with it and Cadmus. He casts lighting bolt using a 6th level slot, and uses channel divinity to maximize it.
