No fighting inside the tavern and keep arguing to a minimum, this includes swearing. If you feel something needs to be settled, take it to PMs and add a mod.
If you want to search a character's room, fight a character, or anything else along those lines you must have the consent of the other party
A character’s telepathy cannot be severed/interrupted/manipulated without the player's permission.
Respect one another, please, it sucks to see people trying to have fun and then others just arguing about how their lore is different from other people's lore, Don't do personal jabs or threaten each other, that's not cool.
If an argument gets out of hand please feel free to add a mod as an impartial judge.
Make sure you clarify what the emotion you are conveying is, whether it be OOC or IC, to help prevent misunderstandings.
If you have a personal issue with another player, please take your argument to a PM and leave the rest of the thread participants out of it. No one needs to see a flame war between individuals especially if they aren’t even part of it.
Remember, we don't know how old people on this thread are, so please try to keep it PG. 18+ scenes are not allowed here, please keep that kind of thing to PMs With PG beyond scenes including the lead up to having intercourse, etc
Try to go easy on quote chains
PVP (combat) rule: No PVP is allowed on the tavern without a mod's explicate approval. Feel free to have PVP in PMs, but no one is in any way required join PMs. PVP (combat) rule subsection: PVP can only happen with both player's permission, be that in PM or on the thread

If you follow the path through the town you'd find, somewhere near the center, an old, rustic tavern known as The Lord's Rest. In front of which stands the owner, doing some stretches, and preparing for another grand opening. "God, the Lady is on my butt again for my side business... Ugh." They remove the beanie and scratch behind their fuzzy ears, "Luckily this seems like a fun job... From what I've seen... I think..." the doors are kicked open, and another business day begins.
There is in fact a field of protection over the tavern
Lord's Rest Inn, ignore the shady people who go into the backroom and never come out, the very expensive trinkets, the bags in the rafters, room and board offered, Sunshine Ale out of stock, take a seat, spin a tale, enjoy your time here.

Strolling around outside the tavern, looking rather lost, is a rather small bugbear woman. She's quite cute, with glaring yellow eyes and a short red hairdo, and a large and very black book tucked in a chest holster under her shoulder. In her hands, she clutches what looks to be a letter written on bright pink paper. The bugbear looks around anxiously.
"I know I'm like, several hours early, but has anyone seen a satyr around?"
