Nall will move closer to get a better look at the Elf that is still standing, continuing her assault of Firebolts as she lets another dly from her hand. "Perhaps we can talk before anyone else dies!?"
It turns out that we can't talk before anyone else dies, because the elf dies. Mr. Fists' shortsword and Nalla's firebolt hit at the same time, and the body burns and falls to the ground, unmoving.
We will find out what the surviving dwarf thinks of that on his turn.
Sunshine, Verdan and Telias are up. Remember that unless you have darkvision and are within 60 feet, you can't see the last enemy, the dwarf, not unless you create or move a light source.
Telias, able to see the dwarf in the darkness, points his staff at him. The arch begins to glow a bit as he begins a spell but does not release it. "There are many more of us than you dwarf. Surrender now and you do not need to join your friends in the grave."
(Holding Toll the Dead for if he decides to fight instead. If he does DC12 WIS or 2 damage)

Sunshine takes a step forward to see the dwarf. A grin spreads across her face, her pointed teeth flashing sharp in the dim light. She spins her daggers in her hands before gripping them and sinking into a fighting stance. "Might wanna listen to him, bud," she says. "Ain't the first time we've taken out a whole crew." But she doesn't get any closer, knowing she's still hurt.
(Holding her action - if Dwarf charges, Sunshine attacks with her dagger.)
The dwarf, seeing the array of magic being prepared against him, turns and runs.
You can give chase if you wish, if you do so immediately. Otherwise the dwarf will disappear into the darkness to your south.
If you don't want to give chase, then we are out of initiative. You still have limited vision on what lies south until you move in that direction and bring some light with you.
Sunshine snarls at the dwarf's retreating back, but she lets him go. She straightens up and stows a dagger away, using her now free hand to pat herself down for injuries. "This better be worth it in the end," she grumbles. She steps back from the water's edge and waves at the other people still across the ladder. "Well, I think we've established it's safe to cross now! C'mon over!" Before more things show up to fight...
With the party and the light source now moving southwards, you get a clearer view of the cavern. There is a pool in the southwest corner. A large wooden bucket with a lid sits near the edge of the pool.
There are two ways forward. One is the cave to the east of the ladder, and the other is to the south-east.

Sunshine wrinkles her nose at Telias. "You wanna rest here? Not sure that's smart," she says. "Specially since they knew we're here now. Might as well keep goin'." She starts moving deeper into the cave ahead of the others, heading over to the barrel. It's a little out of place, she thinks, and so naturally, her curiosity is winning out. "What's this doin' here?" she mumbles as she approaches it. She's a little wary, still injured, so she tries to look it over before touching it.
Yeesh. That smell never gets any better. Sunshine wrinkles her nose and covers her nose with her scarf yet again. Then she turns and looks toward the other side of the cave. "Do we wanna check this part out?" she asks, waving at the south-east option. "It's gotta be where the dwarf disappeared to."
"That would be the best choice. Perhaps we should set up some kind of marching order. Those that are injured would not be the best choice to be in the front." Nalla says as she continues to move the torch slightly ahead of them.

Nalla will move her Mage Hand forward as she walks across the makeshift bridge, dropping the torch and picking it up once she reaches the otherside.

Nalla will once more cast Mage Hand, having it take the torch and once more move 30 feet ahead to light their path.

Sunshine, it smells strongly of fish. Stinky, stinky fish.
The torch, held by mage hand, floats southwards, but doesn't reveal anything new until you follow it.
