"As long as everyone is still in-tact... So who's this again?" Agata will look at Gwylla, absently patting Daetris comfortingly on the arm. "Did this lot kidnap you while I was taking the 'scenic' route here?" she asks jokingly, other hand stroking her beard sagely. She seems to be enjoying fiddling with the little beads and cuffs across it.
"Alright, let's go get the others. You two can keep contemplating that while we move on." Kel says, looking over at the end of the alley. "Wait, who's that dwa--oh, nevermind. Handsome beard though."
Daetris lets out a snort and throws a sideways glance to Agata. "She's another stray Ada's decided to try and pick up on our travels," she explains. "She's becoming rather good at that."
No liquid remains in the bottle but Ada is able to deduce that your theories are probably correct. Whatever the Khaasta were taking from their victims, likely was stored in the bottle. The party moves through town, following the way that the couple suggested to reach the Norns.

Misha laughed so loud it startled you. "Stray. Another word for 'new friend', ya?"
Flinching at the sudden noise from just out of her line of sight, Daetris turns to look at Misha. Then she sighs and shrugs, eyeballing the other's longsword. "...sure. We'll go with that definition."
Your travel from Ironridge toward the Realm of the Norns is uninterrupted on the first day. That night, with watches set, passes without incident as well. On the second day of travel, though, Barkus is first to notice something on the horizon. He points out to the rest of you a dark speck on the horizon that just keeps getting bigger and bigger. As you make your way across fields of yellow and blue wildflowers, you see that it's something on four legs -- something huge.
Before too long, the thing comes closer, and you can see that it's not a creature at all, but a gigantic stone structure on living, birdlike legs. As it gets nearer still, each step is accompanied by a low rumble and vibrations in the ground. The tower seems to be coming right for you.

Barkas points out the structure as it is coming near us and urges everyone to get off the road, avoid being trampled by the thing. In the meantime he uses his staff of the woodlands to cast pass without trace on us to hide us from the thing. “Should we hail it, trip it? I can make my staff into a tree that will raise us up 60 feet if needed. Any thoughts?”
Daetris stands still for a moment, staring at the thing approaching them. Her eyes widen. "What in the world...?" But she does understand Barkas' point, and she hurriedly moves to step off to the side. "She's right. It doesn't look hostile. Yet. Maybe we should check it out." She sort of bounces onto the balls of her feet, staring up at the structure still with wide eyes. Almost excited?
The thundering, walking tower makes its way to where you were before Barkas' spell was cast. It pauses, spins in a slow circle and then stops. High up the tower, a shuttered and hinged window swings open to reveal a smiling, dark-skinned human man.
"Hello? Hello.....I know they were here.....hello?" the man calls out. "Pardon the intrusion. Hello?"

After hearing the man speak Kel was fairly confident that they were not in imminent danger. "Well met, stranger! I trust you will not be trying to step on us in your fantastical conveyance?" Kel calls back to the man.
As the strange object kept getting closer and closer, all Ada could really think was that this was a strange land and that things like this were to be expected. She mostly was just trying to stay out of its way with the rest of the group.
