The cloaked figure in front of you rushes Herbert, pulling a dagger from his red robes an slashing at Herbert, Attack: 16 Damage: 4 Piercing Damage. Also if the attack hits, Herbert has to make a CON save of take 1 Poison Damage and be poisoned.
The bandit is too quick for Herbert to do much other than raise his staff a little, but the blade is out and slashes his chest. ((Takes 4 piercing damage)).
He steadies himself for a moment and then reaches out with one hand and casts shocking grasp. Lightning sparks from his finger-tips as he touches the Bandit. Attack: 15 Damage: 3
((If shocking grasp does hit Herbert will use his chance to disengage for free and slink behind Gromedark, assuming that wouldn't leave him with his back to the other bandit))
Osborn is shocked by the sudden escalation of violence, but sees no choice other than to join in "I'm sorry!" he blurts as the Eldritch Blast arcs from his hand towards the nearest bandit.

The bandit behind you all utters a few a words under his breath, sparks of flame appear on their hand, which becomes a cone of fire as they extend their hand. The bandit is casting Burning Hands on Orin and Garazar, they both have to make a DEX Save (DC 12) or take 10 Fire damage, or half if they succeed. (Orin you have advantage because of Danger Sense)
((Will post a turn early as it's heading towards bed time here in the UK - assuming Garazar & Gromedark don't clean up...! Will put my turn after Grome's to avoid using a spell slot unless I have to :) !))
Herbert pats his thanks on Gromedark's back as he moves to put as much distance as he can between him and the remaining bandit; "Thanks big guy!"
Once he has covered 30ft (or 15ft if difficult terrain), he'll turn, plant his feet and extends his arms so that the staff is parallel with the ground. His hands shimmer momentarily and three pink glowing darts appear, hovering above the staff. With a quick movement of his head, a staccato jutting of the chin, the three pink bolts scream towards the remaining bandit. ((He casts magic missile))

The criminal dodges all attack, still taking three missiles to the arm, they then swing at Gromedark with their dagger, Attack: 10 Damage: 7, also if this hits, Gromedark will need to make a CON save (DC 12) or take 3 and be poisoned.
Osborn looks down at his still-smouldering hand with surprise. "I've killed three people today already. Well, one of those was already dead. Whichever way you cut it, I've ruined a few people's days"
The last wisps of black smoke dissipate as Osborn seems to be answering the monologue of a departing, unseen companion "Yes, well, I would say 'you're welcome' but I feel I'm going to be paying for this at some point"
Shaking his head in annoyance, the halfling squats down at one of the dead bodies and starts searching them. "Well let's see what we've won. Oh, is everyone OK?" he asks.

Herbert walks to the other body, twirling his staff in his hands. Clumsily he drops it, shrugs, picks it up and continues. He scans the surrounding area as he searches the body.
Perception 12
"I'm ok, thanks. Trust a bandit to target a wee wizard.... Still, Grome had my back."
As he searches the body; "Hey Osborn...how do you mean you'll be paying for it? Those creeper feckers jumped us, you were only defending yourself"
"Ah, that" says Osborn awkwardly "well I managed to pick up some...abilities...on my travels, as you may have noticed, and they drain me somewhat to use. I have a habit of talking to myself, apologies for that"
As the last bandit falls the excitement seems to leave Orin a bit as he just kind of lowers his maul and rests the head against the ground.
Looking around at Herbert "Well I was having a blast then these guys had to go and die too fast" He walks over and kicks one in the face as hard as he can, a brief moment of satisfaction as he sees the nose clearly broken and now bleeding as well.
The search of the body yields unsurprising results. These body only have daggers on them. Looking around, there is nothing but the open mouth of the cave, and three deer start off in the woods

"No no, chat away. It's got to be better than the silence this forest offers, only punctuated by zombies or creepy bandits."
Herbert roughly rolls the dead body onto its side to continue his search, obviously not bothered by the dead.
"I'm starting to think there are far worse things in this forest, Grome. But hopefully not a spider legged owl bear"
Herbert takes off the boots of the bandit and searches the inside and then the boot themselves for hidden compartments. He turns to Orin;
