The complex is quiet and still as a tomb while Uragum prepares his ritual, completing it as ten minutes pass slowly by.
For Hex:
Past the rotted door, you can see a 30-foot by 20-foot room that was likely used as a kitchen, if the stone fire pit is any indication. There is a door on the far wall. The room is dry and dusty except for a few patches of wet stone on the floor.
For Uragum:
At the moment, you do not detect any magic aside from items carried by the party.
"Thus far, no magic but I shall keep scanning," he says with as slight shimmer to his eye from the ritual. "If we go though the kitchen, keep watch for any oil. May be useful."
Hex nods at Uragum and fully opens the doors to the kitchen. She goes inside first and takes a look around for any possible enemies and traps as well as oil for Uragum, before leading the group to the door on the far wall.

Hex Perception: 8
Hex leads the party into a 30-foot by 20-foot room with a stone fire pit inside. The room is dry and dusty except for a few patches of wet stone on the floor. The door on the far wall surprisingly leads only to a small, empty larder, which is no more than 15 feet of space.
"Oh. How disappointing. Not even any expensive vintage wine." Hex closes the door and turns to the group. "Well then, I know I said we could probably take one more fight before having to knock out for the night but maybe we should rest now? The last double doors are pretty big and I have a feeling it leads to what we're looking which means we're probably going to need to fight."
"The rest would be good, though, everything depends on whether or not some forces are outside and should return any minute. Or the one behind the door decides to leave. But maybe we can camp right by the doors."
"Hm, I guess out in the great hall would be a good idea, since we've cleared it out already. And if the thief tries to escape via the front door, we'll be there to stop him at least. I'll take first watch so the rest of you can have at least a little bit of rest."
"I can be second. We can put the dead bodies behind that door to clean up the room and close it." Ola tried to do just that, so, the "main hall" (the one with double doors, snd two on the sides)was cleaned from corpses and all doors closed. Even if they could not be locked, they would work as a signal if someone tries to open them from the other side.
"Sounds good. Uragum gets to sleep in." Hex lets out a light laugh, patting Uragum on the shoulder before following behind Ola to aid her in her task of cleaning up the great hall.
Uragum sighs and drops his pack. He slumps down along a wall. "Sleep, yes... I'll do that," he says. He raises a hand and snaps his fingers causing a hawk to appear on a nearby table. "Help keep watch ya?" He says to his hawk familiar and almost immediately passes out.
So, yeah. I have a hawk damiliar that I don't think I have used since like mission 1. Someone else was using a bird familiar so I've not wanted to take away from their rp with it but I feel like that's been away so might have been someone that dropped out?

Hex nodded. "10 minutes is fine."
"Of course," Sylyra agrees.

"It's like a maze down here. Guess, had to be expected. Are we going through the kitchen or should we check that double doors we left behind?"

"I'd like to go through the kitchen, if thats alright." Before doing anything though, Hex looks at Uragum. "Any magic?"
Sylyra follows along, trying to end up in the middle of the group.
"Then let's go," shrugs Ola walking through the kitchen and opening up the door.

Sylyra takes a step, appearing to start toward the fire pit, but then thinks better of it and stays put.

"Either way, rest sounds good. Which ever is more secure able. Maybe put some pots and pans strung up for an alarm?"
