In a thin voice the old woman replies: "Ohhh, ohhh, you saw me. I don't understand. You just fought the cultists, and now you're wearing their garb! Who are you? Do you belong to them? No, no, I am not hurt."

Alysa looks around and continues the discussion with the frail old lady "what are you doing here, m'am ?" What can you tell us about this place ? We are investigating this place, getting rid of the cultists of the Three Deads"

Bryce waiting for the old lady to continue he’ll take a step to the side to let others in if they choose. As he’s moving he’ll study her body language and tone. He thinking to himself “Maybe she’s just a scared old lady, but what if she isn’t…” 

Insight:24 

"Oh, then you're not cultists? My name is Nebra, I am a florist. They captured me and I am to serve them on every whim. They command me day and night to do their bidding. I am so tired." She sets her hand on the rim of the altar for stability and slowly comes out from her hiding.

"Thank you for finding me. Please help me to leave here, that would be my wish. I can help you find the secret door, that's an easier way out, just one guard!"

Hunched over she waddles towards the group. 

To Bryce it looks like she may be much stronger and steadier in her gait, than what she lets on. 

“What did they have you do?” Bryce places a hand on his mace no threatening. 

"I had to clean, mostly. Sometimes carry things. Bring water here, torches there, buckets of blood. Refill this sarcophagus. Things like that." She shudders, and gives a quick side glance to Bryce to see how he is taking her answer. 

“We are not yet going out, we need to know what is going on down here. This seems to me more than a small group of cultists, they seems organised.” 

Alysa looks closely st the old lady and add “why don’t you show us this secret passage and then you edit here until the place is cleared?”

EDIT: Havn't seen where the conversation of Bryce was going, sorry. Alzsa will try to help Persuade/Intimidate

Bryce narrows his eyes “What are you not telling us… Be honest, now is the best opportunity you’ll have.”

The little old lady eyes Bryce and the rest of the group. She looks from one to the other and sighs. 

With a swift movement she pulls out her daggers, while turning into a different form completely. 

Initiative "Nebra" : 22

Initiative order: 

 Jhasso > Hal > Nebra > Nyx >  Alysa > Bryce 

Suddenly surprised at the change in appearance, Hal curses the figure and raises his ax, sending eldritch energy through the weapon at it. 

"Whoa, that's just creepy!"

OOC: Hexblades’s curse (+2 damage, crit on 19 or 20), eldritch blast (Attack 13, 10 damage if hit)

Hal's surprised at the change and his eldritch blast shoots wide off the target. Jhasso doesn't think twice and calls the wildfire spirit to help the group again. 

DEX save Nebra: 20

Nebra expertly dodges the heat from the summoned spirit. Then she runs forward and attacks the first enemy inside the room, Bryce, with two quick stabs of her daggers.

1st attack 23 for damage 9
2nd attack 22 for damage 8

The first one hits true, the second one misses... it seems like a shadow is dancing towards the group, and after the attack, Nebra vanishes from view.

"Arggg, I hate when they do that..."

Alysa steps a few feet ahead towards the south-east corner, trying to detect where the cultist is. She is readying her arm to grab the enemy as soon as she sees her.

Clutching the side he was stabbed, Bryce goes into defensive stance as he prepares to dodge any attacks that might come at him. 

[Dodge action]

Seeing that Alysa has the cultist grappled will move up to them “Damn Heretic! I gave you a chance to repent! Now face Tyr’s justice!”  Bryce swings down twice on the grappled cultist! 

However, he misses almost hitting Alysa as the cultist is still invisible. “Gah, hold her in front of you!”

 When Alysa steps south, she is stopped in her advances by what feels like an invisible humanoid body. Athletics check Alysa: 15

Dex check Nebra: 9

Alysa is able to grab the invisible figure and hold her in place. Frowning, Nyx utter "Komischer Kauz" and cast Faerie Fire over Bryce's shoulder towards the spot where Nebra stood a second ago.

Nebra DEX save against faerie fire: : 14

The reaper of Bhaal stays invisible.

Jhasso's fire spirit attacks from afar, spitting fire droplets at the space in front of Alysa: 18 for damage 3

 Then Jhasso waves his hands to produce a flame - right under the feet of Nebra. While there's not sufficient heat to cause her to be hurt - it will aid the next attacker to find their aim [help action to the next attacker]

Seeing the outline of a figure in Jhasso’s fire, Hal tries to take advantage and sends another tendril of eldritch energy towards Nebra.  Unfortunately the blast connects with the far wall rather than an actual creature.

OOC: Eldritch blast, 9 to hit.

Nebra realises she is held in place, becomes visible and tries to take down Alysa first with two well-placed dagger attacks:

1st attack 12 for damage 7
2nd attack 13 for damage 9

 The first attack hurts Alysa more than she ever thought possible from a dagger attack. The second attack sends her to the floor unconscious. It is clear that just being in the vicinity of Nebra makes you vulnerable to her attacks. Then, she turns invisible again.
