So, with the Newt moved away, Clayton will fire an Eldritch Blast toward Newt2. Attack: 25 Damage: 13 force damage WOO! + 4 necrotic damage, doubled due to crit. And he’s pushed back 10 feet.

”Bad move, buddy! Gonna need you to step off from my associate!”

OOC > I need some clarification, too. Is Edge "down" as in prone because he failed his Dex, or "down" as in done in by too much damage? He took 10 from that last attack, right? Was that enough to take him out? The 31 wasn't damage, right? It was a d100 roll to determine what happened on the nat 20?

I think that last hit dropped him, yeah. I rolled d100 to determine an effect if he lived through it =P

Yasei, upon witnessing Edge fall in battle, cries out in some intelligible language that you all don’t understand something impressive sounding. Must be her take out order?

Attack 1b (wakizashi): 25 with 9 piercing damage.

...and with that crit, she decapitates the newt, and then stabs her wakizashi theough it’s head like an olive on a toothpick.

"Hey guys," she says, as the party regroups and gets ready to open the next door (after someone heals Edge). "If we think they might be waiting for us, we should open the door and I can make it look like one of us is in the doorway, and we can see if they attack?"

OOC > Minor illusion to make a 5' tall (silent) version of someone appear to come and stand in the doorway, then duck and run if there are arrows or thrown scimitars (what was with that newt, anyway?).
