Add 20 radiant damage to Robin's sim if still alive after the Eldritch Blast and in range of fireball, or if not add to Cade's fireball damage.

Damn crap eldritch blast rolls...nothing above a 7...I think that means with shield they will all miss so Robin's sim is not in range of fireball...
Robin's sim does not cast shield, accepting two hits and getting knocked back 20 feet. she does cast counterspell though to counter the fireball. Even at 3rd-level she cannot fail the arcana check to counter it.

Afarius (Maze) Need an Int check, no save just straight Int check from you. If you pass then you reappear at the end of your turn, otherwise you are stuck in the Maze cast by Robin's Sim. If you have another option for getting free you can use that as well.

Afarius will break out a scroll and "attempt "cast Shapechange from it, turning into a Goristro. Next round, he'll then seek to escape.
(Not entirely clear on the rules if check still necessary, but if a check is still necessary(DC 19): 25.)
Need some clarification here. Is the check above for the maze spell or for casting the spell from the scroll? You no longer need the int check for the maze spell, but you would still need the DC 19 Wis ability check for casting the spell from the scroll.
(The Wis Check was for casting from the scroll, since its above his paygrade. It still takes an action in itself to get out of Maze. Minotaur and Goristro can however auto-pass it, but still need to take that action next round.)

Dain would use his reaction to Counterspell your Counterspell, so the dispel magic still goes off.
Plus the result of the fear saves above is only frightened, nothing else, so that just gives disadvantage to attacks, plus not being able to move towards the one they are frightened of. Dain's attack would just turn into a thrown weapon attack if that is the case, but I can roll the disadvantage part if he fails the above save.
Actually- I forgot- Tetrevess would use his rod of absorption on the dispel magic so the whole counter spell chain is moot. But I forgot about that. In any case I think you’ve won this battle, hardly worth us trying to continue unless the others want to keep going.
(I agree here. I've only been playing it out as there seemed interest from you guys to do so. As my life has been quite busy it has been quite slow going. I think we should just call this and move on. You guys can likely take down one or two of the NPCs, but I don't see a path where you take down them all by any means, not before they take out each of you. I'm going to end it here and we can all have a bit more time for other things we are doing.)
