Tetrevess is still up, his sim and guardian are destroyed. Just shows how powerful meteor swarm is and the importance of initiative! I’ll figure out Tetrevess actions after everyone else’s saves are resolved.
Tetrevess and his sim and shield guardian will all be in the fortress, peeking out the arrow slits.. (We will be lucky if we are left after all those high initiative people go! )

(As I posted the map, and asked for anyone to tell me issues with it, and only two people were inside the fortress then, I am staying with only Marcas being inside of it at that point. Sorry I missed that several were going inside, but that will require a huge amount of reworking nearly evrything up to this point, and I, frankly, have no desire to do that. As the fortress was destroyed with the two swarms of meteors, we'll have Marcus make the second dex save, DC 21, as that would likely have hit anyone inside of the fortress as well. No one on the other team takes damage, as Sculpt Spells is used to exclude allies from the damage.) I do not believe i have seen saves for several people yet, so cannot move forward until those are recieved.
(OK fair enough, I didn’t look at the map as it’s hard to see on my phone. But, for the record- I did know better than to start combat outside! :).
Still waiting for the resolution on the other’s saves, then Tetrevess will do what he can. I think the battle is pretty much over, barring some pretty fancy stuff from our side. A bit like an old western gun battle- whoever draws fastest wins. 😂
(Yep, when you are talking about 20th level, it is hard to do much when those 9th-level spells are being used. Especially when no where near in range for things like counterspell.)

I am not going to redo things up to this point, but, if you said you were in there and I missed it, then we'll let it be so. If you were in the fortress, then you only have to save against the second swarm of meteors, which is the DC 21 save and the second wave of fire and bludgeoning.
As we have a lot of people who have not posted saves, and thus I believe are no longer interested in this game, we might end up stopping the game here if I don't get responses... I feel a lot of people are likely dead on the arena ground as it is, so let me know if you would rather just be done.

but question- if the fortress is still there (barely ) when the second blast goes off, then shouldn’t it protect those inside from the second blast?
(I think it’s safe to assume those not posting are dead- or so close to it they will be running away.).
I see the fortress as being fairly damaged after the first one, so the second takes it out, and sweeps into the interior. Plus the damage of the building basicly falling on you, and I think making the dex save and taking the damage from the spell is valid.
(Thanks as well for the head's up too, DragonDenn. I am of the same mind as Tess; interested, but doubtful if PCs are dead-dead. lol. This has certainly been a learning experience though, to say the least. I had hoped since a whole team was teleported over that they might get caught up in the blast especially, but I think DragonDenn's team, including sims and summons is just at the limit[10] for a evoker. Well played.)

Ok so Tetrevess sim takes 32 fire (after absorb elements) and 71 bludgeoning, (103) which puts him down, (he was at 96 +1d4) due to false life but his contingency takes effect which heals him back up by 37, so he’s still barely (just figured out simulacra don’t heal. So he’s dead, Jim. Good thing he had a red shirt on.
the shield guardian takes 135 HP, so has 7 left, but then Tetrevess takes 17 bludgeoning and the shield guardian also takes that 17, so it goes down to zero. Being at zero if can’t regenerate.
Out of the rubble of the destroyed fortress rises an extremely angry looking pit fiend, smoke pouring off of it’s wings. It proceeds to…. (To be continued.)

And- realizing the battlefield is so huge and enemies are so far away , he healing words on his shield guardian (I think that works) and places another instant fortress and goes inside for a nap.
