The warehouse across the street from the light is a two-level building: a street level (shown below on the right, the street is on the north side) and a loading area (shown below on the left). All the windows have been painted over with black paint on the inside, preventing you from seeing in; there are two windows at street level and one down in the loading area. There is a door on street level, lit by the light across the street, which has been marked by a symbol of a black winged serpent. There are also two doors down in the loading area: a big sliding warehouse door, and a smaller personnel-sized door. There are wooden stairs leading from street level down to the loading area.
Olaerys hears the scouting report and says to everyone “Options? I feel like walking in the front door is an option if we try to bluff our way through this, but I think that will only take us so far. I wonder about descending to the lower level and going in the personnel door (not the loading door). Can anyone disguise themselves? Any charcoal or paint that we could use to draw winged serpents on our arms or necks? I don’t know how tight the Zhent ranks are, but maybe they would buy some “new recruits” who are turned around. Perhaps we could take them out one or two at a time if it gets rough.”
"I cannot disguise myself, and I tend to stand out a bit," says the 7'1" giantkin wizard. "I can create a free standing illusion - including something like a person - and even make it move and behave like a person, though I cannot cause it to make sound. Alternatively, I can use magic to cause a single person to see me as a friend... useful for getting past a single doorman though I have not always been able to make that spell stick and once it wears off the target has full memory that I cast a spell on them."
"What do we know about the Zhent gang? Is that winged serpent their insignia? The half-orc woman at the YP was supposed to be one of them right? Is there an angle we could use there?" Zimm is making a mental list of everything he knows about the Zhents, and it is not a long list.
"I am still partial to the idea of - whatever we do - framing the X-Men for our activities here." He doesn't point out that he still does not have a plan for how to pull that off.
As an afterthought, "Oh... and I can always rely onsleepto help out in a pinch."

Olaerys thinks of Zimm’s words. “Hmmm. Pretending to be Zhents may be useful to get in, but on the way out we should leave evidence of an X-men attack. I know that the winged serpent is the symbol of the Zhents, but I don’t know if the X-men have a symbol? Sleep will be very useful here…”

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
"Perhaps through that loading dock personnel door, I could move in closer and check to see if its locked, although they might be expecting that. I hope Creach can spot an opening in the room, maybe see something useful. We have no way of knowing how many are in there. Its a large building." Caix remarks quietly.

"They just took off before I could explain Tymora's blessing only works on one person at a time. Just. Zoom." The priest laments to the professor.

Nobody seems to be out and about.
“As a general rule, I tend to avoid flying snakes.” Creach whispers under his breath.
Creach also will “change lenses” as he calls it ( Ritual Cast Detect Magic)
Farewell.
