Robin (extension of your Inves): You do think marring the circle would be enough, but since it's carved into the floor, you'd need something with a sharp point or something along those lines to do so.
Drego: Something (or rather several somethings) were definitely killed in this circle. However, while the bloodstain is pretty big, you don't think it's from humanoids--judging by the smaller layers of blood and the tufts of fur here and there, it looks like there were several small animals or other wildlife killed here.
Stitch clambers down off Jax’s shoulder and goes to retrieve a skeleton sword like the metal man did and attempts to help destroy the circle. Then looks around the room for any easily pocketable shinies. He pulls out the compass once that’s done to see which way it’s pointing now.
Drego, still wobbly from their last encounter but feeling more prepared with an iron breastplate strapped across his chest walks in behind Cass and Jax, weapon drawn and at the ready.
Case opens the door on what was once a more lavish bedroom than any you've seen so far. A large bed, stripped bare of linens, sits in the middle of the room, an iron-bound chest at the foot of it. The chest is the best-kept thing you've seen in the entire outpost, shiny and completely free of rust or wear. A dresser sits to the left, a few pieces of wood missing from wear and the passage of time. To the right, a small spiral staircase leads into darkness.
Standing near the top of the staircase is a creature in an emerald green cloak. His skin is dessicated and his eyes burn with light the same color as blood. Green energy wreathes his hands as he glares at the door expectantly. The moment you step through the door, a tide of the emerald light explodes from his hands and flows towards the three in front.
Case, Jax, and Drego, please give me a DC 13 Wis ST against hold person.
Well, except that the dragon is out of spell slots, doesn't know that spell, and isn't powerful enough to cast it even if the first two weren't true...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing Drego stiffen and go still in the middle of walking into the room and only one person in the room he doesn’t recognize, Stitch runs in to stab him with his dagger... and then runs away. (Hopefully towards some sort of cover and then hides)

Case wanders back to the barracks and picks up some of the skeleton weapons and returns to the circle and begins using them to break the circle.

Robin informs Case that using a sharp tool to break the circle would indeed stop it from functioning.

The circle is well and truly scratched up at this point, and will require a fair amount of work to repair.
The compass is pointing towards Door 6.

Case nods. Another job well done. “Thank you for your assistance Stitch. Well done.”
He gets up and walks to the last door and pushes it open, walking in without much of a pause.

Jax would be right behind Case, weapons at the ready yet again.
Stitch is gonna hang back and let everyone else go in ahead of him with preferably something to hide behind and yet still see where everyone is going.

Robin moves up to just outside the door Case went through. She stands to one side of that door, glancing inside as the others move into the chamber.
