(@Wile_E_Coyote, Marlyth has used her full movement (30 feet) while using the weapons.)
Marlyth refuses to be carried away, since as a member of the Hybsils she shares negative belief and superstitious ideals regarding the close proximity of Bugbears. The mentality might change over time, but she will need some proof.
"Vrah, I appreciate your concern but I must not accept your proposal. Is there any other way to pass the hallway?"
Vrah explores rhe hallway, moments after entering, despite the medallion he wears, he is attacked by a barrage of magical darts. 11 for 13.
Calner makes it across the hall through the archway. He comes to no harm. In this corridor, he can hear an audible buzz and notice a slight metallic smell.
There is a brief pause.
Tabaqui also dashes past the mirrors unscathed into the next hallway.
Another pause.
Marlyth runs through the hall of mirrors, receiving not a scratch from any magical darts.
A wide, flat stele stands in an alcove at the Northern end of the hallway (left), set into the mortar and etched with a one-foot-tall glyph of long, jagged lines. The glyph emits the faintest glow, like the wick of a blown-out candle.
A crackle is heard and a bolt of lightning erupts from the stone to the far end of the hallway. Dealing 21 lightning damage to all creatures in the hallway (who have passed the iron arch) half on DC15 Dex. save.
<Marlyth was the one who tripped the stele. This one's effect doesn't discriminate targets. That's why I included the pauses.>
Calner sees a long, stone corridor with deep grooves and gaps in the walls and floor, each about one inch wide, laid out in no obvious pattern. Looks about 65ft to the end of the hall.
The chambers have flat, 8-foot ceil- ings of stone. These chambers are unlit and feature no sconces or fixtures for torches or lamps.
I assume you had enough light at yiur back for anyone without darvision to see rhe mirrors up ro this point, and certainly there was a flash when the stele discharged in case anyone still didn't see what hit them. The rest if the way you'll need a light source or be in subpar conditions. That is, disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. Which is what darkvision grants you.
So Angus waited for a medallion, and then tried to cross the mirror room. At the iron arch he pauses, seeing the lightning. He will run toward the stele and attempt to destroy it.
Attack: 21Damage:13
Attack:26Damage:11
For the attack that hits, he will expend a first-level spell slot to activate Divine Smite, causing an additional 3 of damage
I'm not really sure how that works. So he goes through the arch after the lightning, using 35 ft of movement. Then another span and an action. Seems like 2 rounds, no? Let's see what the people in harms way fo first, especially. Marlyth.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Marlyth: Dexterity Saving Throw:22(rolled in game log)
Reaction: Marlyth casts Absorb Elements (Spell Slot Level: 1) to reduce the impact of the Lightning Damage and takes only 5Lightning Damage, she has resistance to the damage type until the start of her next turn.
Action: Marlyth will leave the Medallion borrowed from Vrah at the intersection of the two corridors, then use her movement (30 feet) to move closer to the Stele and throw the Light Hammer at the Stele to inflict Bludgeoning Damage and deal extra Lightning Damage from the previously cast spell.
Bonus Action: Marlyth casts Flame Blade (Spell Slot Level: 2) in order to conjure up fiery magical blades similar to the feature of Scimitar in order to illuminate her surrounding (10 feet radius) with Bright Light and an extra 10 feet area with Dim Light. Thus, her action removes disadvantage for her comrades who do not have Darkvision feature.
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Marlyth had a medallion. I believe the Saving Throw, Reaction, Action and Bonus Action are legal actions and acceptable.)
Vrah grunts at the magical attacks and growls at the mirrors as he leaves the room just after seeing a lightning bolt go streaking by his face. "These magical traps are really starting to annoy me."
Calner sees a long, stone corridor with deep grooves and gaps in the walls and floor, each about one inch wide, laid out in no obvious pattern. Looks about 65ft to the end of the hall.
<Did you mean Tabaqui? I'm the one who ran to the southern corridor.>
I really hate these medallions. I lost Marlyrhs acceptance of the medallion in its own post #367, but saw her refusal to be carried. My reading of this was a refusal of the medallion. I understood it to be Calner, Vrah and Safeguard with them.
Vrah's full post suggests movement through a hallway he presumes safe. I'm not clear where this exchange is happening. If it's in the mirror hallway, that means Marlyrh is in the mirror hallway taking the thing as more darts shoot out of the walls or she's past the iron arch and he passes it to hand it to her triggering the lightning.
Traps are .. difficult. I'm just leaving things as they were. Nobody has hurt the rock yet. Vrah still has a medallion but I'll let him say if he's on the lightning side or the secret door before the mirror hallway. If he's on the lightning side he can give it to Marlyth.
Mirror hallway is still magic dart-filled. 10 of 12 mirrors remain operational.
< I believe the sequence was: Tabaqui and Weneon dash through the mirror hallway. Weneon stayed to break mirrors, Tabaqui entered the lightning hallway, got zapped, went south around the corner.
Then Vrah, Calner and Safeguard were going to cross through the mirror hallway with their medallions. Once reaching the other side, Calner and Safeguard were going to give their medallions to Vrah, who would then walk back through mirror hallway (still wearing his medallion) to where Angus and Marlyth were waiting, and give the two medallions to them.
Then, Angus and Marlyth would cross through the mirror hallway.
(@Wile_E_Coyote, Marlyth took the medallion from Vrah at the intersection of the two hallways (marked 'M' in your map) and attempted to dash. But, the lightning trap was triggered by her and she left it there, then attacked the Stele in post #378. I hope this explanation makes sense and Marlyth already crossed the mirror hallway in round 1 which I stated in post #365.)
I'd like to just keep it moving. I agree with Marlyths explanation in 384. So, anybody doing anything?
The authors want to create a challenging puzzle, not punish PCs by taking their hit points. So you've got a lightning stele, the mirror darts and rhe next hallway wirh the grooves in the walls. North and South hallways are identical. If you've seen1 you've seen both.

"Jolly good, Vrah," Angus smiles, "that is brilliant!"
Marlyth will accept one of the three medallions from Vrah, then use the Dash action in order to get out of the trapped hallway.

and then Uncanny Dodge.
Tabaqui lets loose a string of colorful curses.
With his move he will run six squares south and one east, which should give him cover from the lightning stele. What does he see in this corridor?
