I think Shady is still outside though, at a point to the north of the building, Wen is totally unaware of. Also, Marlyrh is in the room and also Darkness? As a reminder, I attacked with DA incorrectly last time. darkness nullifies both advantage and disadvantage in reality. I just goofed. Given all this, if Weneon wants to retcon that last post, I'm fine with that. I think in either case, room 2 is at least 1/2 dark from these overlapping spheres of darkness, so anyone in there will still be blinded until they get out of there.>

Polymorph and wild shape either causes items worn or carried to meld into the new form or drop to the ground. Leather armor is not used in the AC calculation of the beast (ceeature type) form. I'd say she can drag it by mouth which would impede her response to attacks or drag it with her tail, but since that's her primary means of locomotion, treat it as encumbrance (might actually be encumbrance). Speed is reduced by 10ft.
If Jaculyth doesn't perceive the presence of a threat (Passive Perception: 15), she will revert back to her natural Tiefling form (Bonus Action). She's going to use her movement (30 feet) to enter the room 4 while being guided by the crisis call. If she finds Angus within her reach, she will administer the spell Cure Wounds on him to restore 13 HP (rolled in gamelog).
"How did this happen? Did the Shadow Horror attack Angus? The creature is neither inside the great hall nor inside the Western Foyer but I believe we can trace the footsteps outside the house to track it down."

Angus awakens from his near-death experience to find the tiefling bending down over him, looking concerned. He smiles at her as he sits up, and looking down at himself, realizes he must have been struck down, and then healed. He thanks Marlyth for reviving him.
"I had the strangest vision," he says, "Whilst asleep I thought I heard a voice counting down numbers, and my understanding was that this world will only last a short time and then vanish into the void. We must capture Morwena and interrogate her about this, or else find the guardians so that we may escape in time!"
Anyine who made it to rhe basement sees Morwena holding the 10lb stone under her left arm, quarterstaff in the right. She notes thst she is trapped with the lot if you blocking the stairs and holds her action. If she sees Shady, she'll cast hold monster

If you do something to her, she may choose to not hold her acrion and we'll change that text to reflect this. She hasnt been invisible in a wuilez in case you missed it>
Shady casts another batch of lashing shadows into the cellar. Everyone in 60ft of thr shadow (so in the cellar) takes 38 necrotic damage unless they pass a DC16 Dex save.

I dont think blinded condition reduces movement in 5e, right? So he can be outside already.

Morwena wants to hide from you, assuming you're not going to be helpful or kind to her at this point.
