Salty Paul's athletics check to maintain the grapple13 He is surprised by the goblin's nimbleness as it wriggles out of his grasp.
Noticing that arrows continue to fly at his companions, Salty Paul is starting to lose his patience. "Whoa... you little goofballs are going to hurt somebody!"
Rather than attempt to grapple it again, Salty Paul is going to send a right jab in the direction of the big green nose of the goblin he was wrestling with.

Keashirryl moves her fingers impatiently, seeming like she is searching for an object that once has been in her possession, and thus fails to react quickly. The arrow piercing through a weak spot on her armour pulls her consciousness back into the fight.
She groans and hisses for a moment, fingers grabbing the arrow; then tries to take a position where she can be close enough to all the others. Instead of acting on the anger reflecting on her face, she reaches for a holy symbol with her now bloody hand and begins to murmur. The corners of her mouth curl up as she blesses the three others (if she can reach them).
(OOC: they may add an additional d4 to attack rolls and saving throws within the next minute)
The arrow finds Promise on the leg and she bites her lip. She tries to not put her weigh on her injured leg as she goes for the same goblin as before, the one that tried to attack her only to find her armor with a loud klink. This time, she attempts to flatten them, like the head of a nail.
Attack: 20 Damage: 4
(ooc: how do i add the bardic inspiration with this dice?)
(OOC: I guess you mean the bless spell cast by Keashirryl. In that case just roll 1d4 separately after your attack roll, which in this case isn´t needed to hit I think :-)
"Gods and Devils and blast it all to the 9 Hells, you stuck me you little creep!" Salty Paul exclaims as his goblin stabs him in the thigh with its shortsword. Good and mad now, he squares up to land a haymaker to the goblin's chin. Attack: 12 Damage: 11

"Hah, miss." Oppleby shouts at the last goblin after his arrow swooshes by him. He then peeks out from behind the cart and fires another mote of fire with his Blazzoka at the last bow wielding goblin. Fire bolt: 20 Damage:4 possibly setting the goblin on fire He then sticks his scruffy looking head down again for full cover.
Keashirryl stays put, and - in case there is still any goblins left - purses her lips together and lifts a hand to use Sacred Flame on a remaining enemy (if both are still standing, she picks the one closest to Promise). She then glances around to see if any of her allies look particularly rough.
As Oppleby shoots the archer and Promise lands a final blow to the goblin, thanks to Salty Paul keeping it's attention, the woods go quiet. As you look at the bodies of the horses, you find that they have already been looted. As you look around, you find a small trail hidden behind a thicket heading in a northwest direction.
"It seems Gundren and Sidar was ambushed and taken prisoners by these vile goblins and their brethtren. We should try and rescue them. I, at least, owe that much to Gundren." Oppleby says and looks to the others. "I would prefer to make some preparations first though." He adds going over to the cart again, starting to assembling some weird contraptions, possibly needed at the reascue attempt.
(OOC: Being at first level I suggest we take a short rest now and save our spell slots for later :-) Would it be reasonable leaving the cart unguarded by the road for a while or could it be brought with us on the trail?)
"Of course! We cannot turn our back to people in need, not to mention mr. Rockseeker had been nothing but kind towards us. I do wonder why they were kidnapped though. What business do goblins have with mr. Rockseeker and mr. Sidar if they have already stolen their gold?"
Promise wipes the blood from her warhammer and armor until they're nice and shiny again, and places her weapon back in its case.
Salty Paul looks down at the goblins. "What were the fools thinking? Even with the drop on us, the four of them should have known they were outmatched...". He rubs his wounded leg. "All they managed to do was get themselves killed and leave us with a couple of scars."
(If no one has already grabbed the map case, Salty Paul will scoop it up and toss it into their wagon.)
"I reckon we should sit and rest for a moment, while we decide what to do. In order to have overcome Gundren and his guard - and haul them away - it would have to be a much larger group. I don't know much about goblins or their diets... they didn't carry them away to (gulp) eat them, you don't think?"
