OOC: I'm assuming that Garu and Harmony have nothing to add in this room, so I'll assume they're following Aisha.
Holding off on a healing roll for Aisha because I'm not certain she wants to heal herself.
Aisha leads the party through the next doorway, opening the door into very roughly carved mining tunnels. These mines were likely much larger in the past, but as you move through the tunnel you see a pair of intersecting tunnels that have completely caved in, much like the side room of the previous chamber.
Ahead of you in this tunnel, another stone door lies closed.
A tangy, metallic scent greets you as Aisha opens the door. The room beyond, 25 feet square, is filled with torture equipment, including a rack, iron maiden, shackles, and whips. The grotesque remains of seven previous recipients of the room's implements lie scattered against the western wall. Opposite that is a stairway descending into a very roughly cut hallway.
Aisha and Tsavi both reel from the smell. A fresh corpse is one thing but some of these had to have been here for atlest a little while, or the 'leftovers' of them clung to whatever they had been stuck to.
It takes a moment for Aisha to recover. A few moments longer for Tsavi.
For a few moments, Aisha pondered about taking one of the whips for irony, but didn't want to risk being in yet another weapon swap scenario...
She also doubted any of these people had anything worth taking... considering... and so after another moment, makes her way to the stairway to hell, biw drawn and ready. With Tsavi only a little behind, should she have to pounce...
The stairs end as the hall opens into a 20-foot-square chamber. Bookshelves full of books line the southern wall, but more stark are the dozen wind and stringed instruments hanging from the ceiling in the middle of the chamber.
With how this was going, Aisha was beginning to wonder if whatever a vampire was, that these were dwarves. Dwarven vampires... with how these tunnels kept going.
That or halfingpires.
Regardless, Aisha doubts there will be more books here worth taking, but sometimes hidden chambers were a press away. So as she actively avoided the center, sensing a trap, she ran her left paw against the books with mild force, going for the shelf that would be average humanoid hip level.
If nothing happened, she'd carefully push the rest of the shelves, or otherwise pull on them, emptying the shelves if nothing happened before that
Before long, Aisha has discovered an opening in the wall behind one of the bookshelves. The shelf is easy enough to slide across the stone floor, revealing a passageway that leads further ahead into the darkness.
OOC: Ready to advance once the next action is taken. Aisha has been the decision maker lately, but Garu and Harmony feel free to lead with an action as well.
Aisha looks down another long passage, she sits there for a long time before choosing to proceed. If she hadn't had so much experience with dungeon delving and ruin exploration.... she might not have thought of the books. She was considering shouting to draw whatever these vampires were to her but... no, she was a creature of stealth. In the end, she made her way down the tunnel. Bow at the ready, Tsavi .. as ever, far enough back to pounce.
Harmony had been absolutely disgusted at the torture chamber, looking away and covering her eyes before leaving. With this room, it was a surprise to see all those instruments hanging from the ceiling. How are they staying up there and why are they up there?? But she saw that now they were going through a tunnel, stealthily following behind Aisha, Tsavi, and Garu.
You enter a long, dour, and narrow chamber, 40 feet long but only 15 feet wide. Surrounding you along the walls are eight stone coffins, with a ninth coffin occupying the wall at the far end of the room.
Pantomiming, Garu covers her mouth, then holds up a fist and with the other hand, makes a walking motion away from the fist toward the way they entered this chamber.

Aisha leads the party to the obvious path. The door.

As always, both try their best to be quiet.

Garu's eyes widen in revulsion as she surveys the scenery and says quiet prayers over the remains of those in the implements.
