Harmony had watched what Garu was doing, a bit confused as to what she meant. But then she saw her walk out and motion for them to follow, now understanding what she meant before following. "With all those coffins and no visible exit in there, we would have ended up fighting that many vampires if we had woken them up. So we may have to find another path or end up leaving entirely like you said." Harmony said back, thinking. Is there no other way besides leaving? Even she questioned the three of them and Tsavi being able to take on so many vampires all at once after having just barely made it through that last fight.
Garu smiles plainly and looks down. “After the beating we took downstairs, I fear my panic got the better of me being in the midst of more possible undead. I think we have to be incredibly focused on any detail so we don’t spring a trap like I did before. What are we looking for in this room?”
ooc: did I read correctly that this room does not have an exit on the other end that we can discern?
OOC: Sorry for the delay, got swamped at the end of the week.
"Us, I presume," a woman's voice answers Garu. Wheeling around, you see a woman, along with two male humanoids, have joined you in the previous chamber, seemingly from thin air. "And with the urgency you shredded through our guards, I'd say you're quite eager to meet us."
A closer look reveals the twisted and disfigured faces of the trio, though they clearly speak with much more intelligence than the undead that you've seen throughout these chambers. Flanking them, two ghouls stand in the shadows, their long tongues dangling and drooling in hunger.
"Surely you didn't think the night would be the ideal time to hunt us," one of the men chimes in.
(So I looked back, and all this started back in may of last year.. but i also didn't see anything saying we came to be nice either.)
Internally, Aisha groans. Externally she smiles at them. - And with that, Aisha would once more attempt to reprise her previous role... even if open to an opportunity attack, she sped up to run along the walls
You would find yourself wrong. The night is the one time you would nyot expect to be hunted. But without wasting a beat, Aisha weaves her last level two spell, as they're in a 20 foot chamber... the group of four only JUST outside the entrance to where it had been, casts it in just such a way that there is a small, area not covered where the party already was, allowing them to move in small chunks, while leaving the entire rest of the chamber filled with sharp spikes on the ground. She didn't care if they saw her cast it..
A very crappy example but basically that, where the only part of the floor not covered would be where my allies are and behind us (down the path we just came up)

Garu raises her shield, focusing on the symbol of Tylyn on its face, chanting her oath to use Turn the Faithless.
Turn the Faithless - As an action, you present your holy symbol, and each fey or fiend within 30 ft. of you that can hear you must make a WIS saving throw (DC 15). On failure, the creature is turned for 1 minute or until it takes damage.

Aisha Concentration: 10(If less than 10, the spike growth will disappear)
The vampire woman smirks as spikes emerge from the stone floor and points at Aisha, who has started her run across the room's walls. "Get her," she says simply, before she and her companions reveal their own climbing abilities, leaping onto the walls and crawling like spiders to catch their pray. The three split up, two intercepting Aisha with fangs and claws while the woman crawls in the opposite direction. Harmony's arrow meets its mark but the vampire doesn't seem to notice as she leaps from the wall toward the bard, leading with her claws.
The ghouls' feet are shredded by the spikes by the time they reach Garu. Badly damaged but unphased by the paladin's attempt to turn them (the enemies are neither fey nor fiend), they slash and bite, trying to wear through Garu's armor.
Round 2 Order: Players <===== Enemies
Placement: Two vampires are engaged in melee combat with Aisha along the wall. One vampire is engaged in melee combat with Harmony. Two ghouls are engaged in melee combat with Garu. The room is covered in spiky growths (unless Aisha fails her concentration save)
Health: The ghouls are both wounded. The vampire attacking harmony is lightly wounded.
Aisha is lightly wounded. Harmony is lightly wounded. Garu is lightly wounded.
Aisha can't help but laugh, albeit breifly so as to not short herself of breath. She continues her run (of which all should be moving at roughly the same pace, thus no one gets AOOs?)
Regardless, she may never have dealt with vampires before, but she has dealt with undead. She wanted to see if they too were effected.... and with that, she pulls out one of her ten silvered arrows, instead of one of her normal ones... and despite the vampires being in close, she takes aim at one as they near the point where the party was at before she shoots the one closest to her (in some way)
Bow shot, Silvered arrow, disadvantage due to melee: Attack: 11 Damage: 10
And regardless of her success or failure, Tsavi had already seen her mistress' plan, having backed up just a bit, waiting to hear the patter of feet tense as a cat before a Pounce and as soon as Tsa'vi heard the commanding whistle, she bolted out, leaping at the 'farther away' vampire that was also chasing Aisha .. attempting to knock it from it's spidery climb.
Tsavi POUNCE claw: Attack: 14 Damage: 6
DC 12 STR or knocked from the wall, prone.
If knocked down, Tsavi will (ironically) go for the vamprie's jugular
Bite: Attack: 18 Damage: 6

Aisha fires an arrow point blank into the crawling vampire's chest. Despite the force used, the silvered arrow seems to barely bite into the creature's flesh, and she soon feels the sharp pain of the vampire's teeth sinking into her neck and tearing a chunk of fur and flesh. The other vampire nearby is thrown off by T'savi's leap, but avoids the panther, who lands amidst the spikes lining the chamber floor.
Garu chants, bringing a flood of light into the room. The ghouls seem unaffected by the light and one rakes its claws painfully across Garu's face, but the paladin is rewarded by feral hissing from the vampires within the room. What were once negligible wounds on the creatures smoke and sizzle, as if erasing whatever foul resistance the undead have had against your weaponry.
The remaining vampire is unfazed by Harmony's vicious mockery, raking her claws at the bard with a grin. She brings her arms up as a shield, feeling the burn of the new cuts.
