"No sides! Don't be ridiculous," the elf replies. "Hags in disguise," he looks over at the other two, shaking his head. Then looking back to you, he says, "You are either soft in the head or up to something I don't understand."  He seems to be appraising you. "Perhaps we should keep an eye on your for a while."

"I realize this might sound preposterous to you, but think about it, haven't you seen the signs? Lady Sylmare seeking allies from the dark corners of Feywild, her ogre servants, her strange advisor that comes and goes and takes different shapes. You do as you want, go back to your commanding officer and you will know the truth in time. I seek no quarrel with you, just telling you the war is over and that you can go home to your families now." Sephyre says with a peaceful tone and gesture.

Stealth 14

Flynt readies his Rope of entanglement. If either Elastin make a hostile gesture he'll try to subdue them.

"Listen, come quietly with us and we'll see you are not harmed," the elvish man says. He nods to one of the others, who steps forward towards you. "We will have to check for weapons, turn them over now so there won't be any problems." 

They don't seem to have any awareness of the others. 

Aurelius will loosen his longsword in its scabbard, but not draw or leave cover yet, waiting to see if Elyria can handle the situation...

"I will not surrender any weapons, you have no right to detain me, if you don't believe me just go and spepak to your commander, the news of the hag sisters' demise should have reached them by now. I do not want to fight you but I will defend myself if necessary." She explains calmly.

"No right?" the Eladrin man scoffs. "Sieze her!" he orders to the other two. "You can 'speak' to my commander in custody. With Lady Leilatha falling we of Alvahollow claim these lands. I'm not sure where you're tresspassing from, but we shall soon learn."

Just as the others move, you are all alerted by Flynt's crossbow. (OOC - Roll Initiative)

(How far is Aurelius's starting position from the Eladrin?)

(We can say Aurelius and Flynt are roughly 60 ft from the two Eladrin - if there is some reason you would have tried to be a bit closer, like 50' that's fine. The one that stepped forward and the leader are within 5 ft of Elyria.  The other is a couple steps back - 15 ft. from Elyria. Aurelius is on the side of the one that stepped forward.  Rahkeshi is back 80 ft from Elyria.) 

Round 1

Flynt is able to react and use his rope to try to entangle Eladrin 2. (Treating it liked a Readied action, it uses your Reaction for Round 1 but you still get your normal moves on your Turn.)

Initiative Order

Eladrin 2 is restrained by Flynt's rope. 

Aurelius will move forward 30 feet, and call out in Elvish, "We have no wish to harm you, fair ones, but we will not permit our companion to be taken prisoner.  Stand down, and you will be allowed to depart."

Action: Ready an attack with his javelin of lightning against the leader, to be triggered if the leader attacks or orders an attack.

If triggered: Attack: 16 Damage: 5 magical piercing + 19 lightning damage

Rahkeshi raises her hand into the air and calls out in Druidic, "Grow Thorns!" casting Spike Growth). (Radius 20 ft. centered just behind the Eladrin Leader. It encompasses all Eladrin and Elyria.)

She then follows up to Aurelius' words in Sylvan. "Surrender and you will not be harmed. Touch our companion and die. You do not own these lands, but we need not fight over this at this time."

She then adds in Druidic, "Elyria, fly up if you move!"

(Flynt is now up, followed by Elyria.)

Flynt also steps out from cover to address the eladrin. "It's 4 to 3 and we've taken out you hag leader, do you really want to put your skills to the test against us? Just walk away." Flynt adds in common. 

(Assuming Flynt is not readying any action for this Round? Still have Elyria's turn.) 

Sensing now this fight might unavoidable, Elyria gives the Eladrin a worried look and takes to the air, carried by her winged boots. "Please, I implore you, we wish you no harm, your war is over."
