Expecting the attack wasn't enough for Flynt to be able to avoid the arrow barrage completely. The arrows ricochet off of his armor as he reloads his crossbow.. Two go spinning off harmlessly but the third just happens to bounce up slicing a line into Flynts chin. He begins stalking towards Scout C as he speaks in a harsh tone almost approximating a growl.
"I truly mean you no harm but you're leaving me no choice. Lay down your arms and live." Flynts left arm blurs as the threat leaves his snarled mouth. He rapid fires 3 shots in the scouts direction. (Non-leathal if possible)

OCC: Not sure how you want rule on this. I would like to use an Intimidation roll to attempt to get the about to surrender but I don't know if you want to count it as an action or a bonus action or free action since it's speech.

Yes, I would say Satyr B is within 10 ft of the edge. And yes, no disadvantage for range, but if you are talking about Satyr C there is disadvantage for DODGE.
